We had a great experience with Bill's putting in a heat pump. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The techs, Brandon and Mikey, were exceptional and answered all our questions and more. Plus, they came out to our town that is just too out of the way for many service providers. Thank you so much for all the great work. The house already feels so much better.

We appreciated the staff at Bill's Heating and Air from our first contact after inquiring through 'Angi' from the estimate process (which met our specific needs), the setting up of the finances, the scheduling for installation and at last, the installation process each staff member we encountered was kindly professional, was resourceful and was reliable to their word. The worker team included an electrician, a master and an apprentice. All of the equipment needed was stored in their trailer and it included a cooler for the workers. They did not stop working until the work was done and everything was cleaned up. The explanation about how the AC works was clear and we are now waiting a followup visit for the person we got the estimate from to check out the entire project to make sure the equipment is working properly.

Super pleased about my services with this company, from the estimation to the installation, all personnel I interacted with were super friendly, professional, and honest. I got a new water heater installed, and the old one hauled away. The guys who did my installation took their time, and made sure they did it right, and even cleaned up after the job, which is so hard to find! I appreciate this company for being one of the few honest, professional companies out there.I will recommend you to anyone and use this company for all my future heating/ac needs.

I will recommend Bill's to anyone! Not only did their quote for a new AC unit and HVAC update come in $5,000 under the other quote we got - but they were fast, reliable, and did amazing work. They got us in fast (around a week) and showed up right when we expected them. Kyle and his crew did an amazing job with a difficult and outdated system and replaced it in no time. We are so thankful to them and we can't recommend them enough!

I just got my new York 95% 60k furnace and 13 Seer 2.5 ton units installed for my new HVAC system. I couldn't be happier with performance of them and the install. Kyle and his team showed up ready to rock and knocked it out. He was very assuring throughout the process and answered my questions and made sure I understood the answers. I love the nest thermostat and look forward to the potential of big savings on my energy bill. I would definitely use Bill's again, thanks guys!

Phone was answered quickly and when I explained, dispatcher clearly understood problem and put in work order for same day. A minute later I received a text message with technician picture and a few details.

A few minutes later, Matt Miller called to say he was 5 min away. Total time from "help"... to "help arrived" ...was less than 45 minutes.

Tyler was awesome, showed up to diagnose the issue we were having with our hvac system. It needed a repair and he was able to get the part delivered to the house, and waited for its arrival to finish the job. And it was on a late Friday afternoon to boot! He was friendly, professional and hard working. Highly recommend these guys!

Glad that we hired them to install a new furnace and heat pump. Service was professional, punctual, and there was good communication throughout the process. Shout-out to Adam and Dylan for installing without any mess and for taking care of our house as if it was their own house!

We just had our heat pump replaced and it was a great job! The new unit is so much quieter than our old one. Oren and his partner were professional, and courteous in every way. and they cleaned everything completely up after the job was done.

I highly recommend Bill's as they not only have quality products they also have professional installers. They had the best price and were easy to work with. They were the only company that after the bid was received, sent the install manager to our home to make sure we would be happy with the placement of the new vents. Clean and friendly crew that that worked hard to make it all happen on one of the coldest days of the year. 5 Star Company!
