My technician, Blake, was amazing. He was on time, professional in every way, explained what he was doing and showed me video results along the way. He completed the job in the time he estimated and even went beyond my expectations by cleaning my furnace filters and, most importantly, cleaning up the spaces where he worked. He wore shoe coverings and took some extra time to let me know other areas of concern he noticed while inspecting my furnace and duct work. Good guy. Ask for Blake.

Connor M. and Tom B. were at our home today for a semi annual HVAC (air cond) tune up. Both were very thorough and efficient, honest in their assessment and evaluation of our 11 year old system, and helpful with suggestions on maximizing its effectiveness, and just plain friendly!

I have had Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air program for several years. My furnace recently needed replaced and the team from Perfect (Tony, Calvin, Jason, Duane, and Cody) did an amazing job replacing my fur ace, AC, and water heater and updated duct work.

Calvin did an outstanding job communicating and showing me what needed repair in my AC unit. He made a clear and concise outline on the service order and he went through it in detail. I watched Calvin go through a series of tests on the AC and furnace. He replaced a capacitor on the AC unit and he thoroughly explained why it should be replaced. Now the AC unit runs smooth . Calvin gave me a great explanation how the furnace and AC unit should function electronically. Prior to testing each component, Calvin told me the operating parameters of a good functioning unit. While testing he showed me my units operating efficiency displayed on his ohm/electronic metering device. Upon completion of his work he gave me a detailed furnace and AC checklist, which he went over with me. I noticed Calvin donned shoe coverings every time he entered our home. I never expected that…Thank you Calvin! I’m very pleased with your work! You’re certainly very professional. I hope your sent back for our furnace/AC tune ups and/or system upgrades. We had a smell coming from our drain and called Perfect Plumbing based off of their good reviews. The company was easy to get ahold of, could come next day, and was so kind and professional. Our plumber Tom Day came on time, with a text that gave 30 minutes notice prior to arriving, and was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening. I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me but they laid out a plan and made it easy for me to make a decision. Trust these guys with all your plumbing needs!
