Will and Steven did an amazing job today replacing the furnace. They explained everything, made sure we had the thermostat all set up, walked through everything and were extremely helpful and kind. We had a fantastic experience with Michael from Perfect Plumbing. He gave us a text heads up when he was on his way, came at the beginning of our service window, diagnosed the problem quickly, and worked hard to get the job done even when it proved more difficult than anticipated. His pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

If I could give five more stars I would without hesitation. From the moment I spoke with an employee over the phone to when Brent showed up at our door to help with our plumbing leak, it was nothing but amazing customer service. Brent not only went above and beyond to get us what we needed in order to resolve our plumbing issue, but also made sure it was the right solution for our specific situation which is something that you rarely see. I’m looking forward to the next thing that goes wrong in my house so I can call up Perfect for their services again. Thank you!

Thomas was absolutely excellent to work with. He worked with me on an oversight on the type of equipment installed and I could not be happier with his help.
