JD was fast and extremely helpful during my AC service. He explained the services involved and took extra time with me so I fully understood the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend him and Perfect plumbing, heating and air.

Kasey and Tom were on time, professional, and very nice. Kasey helped as much as he could to give us a quote and set us up with a same day pipe draining. During the draining we had Tom who kept me updated while he drained our sewage pipe, and was even nice enough to rinse off our drive way afterwards. This was our first time working with Perfect Plumbing but we will definitely chose them in the future!

Brady did an awesome job!!! Good quality work and very friendly and easy to talk to about my ac unit and how it is working and what needs to be done to make things better. Brady gave me some recommendations to help keep my system running smoothly. Highly recommend!!

Same day repair of my non functioning furnace. Tom was great and went above and beyond. Got it up and running and also informed me of future preventative maintenance without pressure to get it all done today. Not a cheap repair but worth it and done right.

Tom Day was such a pleasure to work with! He was super knowledgeable and professional and we were able to fix our issue with total confidence. AC failed last night and they were able to fix it this morning. Fast, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. Replaced the capacitor on my condenser, cleaned the system, tested the airflow and vital stats and got us back to cool air in under an hour.

Definitely recommend.

1/13 update. Just had them replace my failed furnace. The old unit had several issues and it was only 20% more to put in a brand new unit so I opted to go that route. Diagnosed problems on Wednesday, scheduled the replacement on Thursday, were in and out within 3 hours on Friday and everything is back up and working. Calvin and Steven did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them and use them again, though I hope not to need anything for another 10 years or so.

Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air, Derek Lewis came out and knew what was wrong with it just by listening to the unit. He told me what he thought the issue was and how much it would cost. He fixed the issue quickly and we had AC blowing cold air immediately!

I have had Perfect Plumbing out for several issues this year: replacing the entire house, replacing heating and air conditioning. Everyone, including office staff (which never gets enough recognition) was professional, friendly, helpful...going over and above their normal service duties. J D and his assistant, Matt, Tim, Cody, Tony... Everyone was fantastic and communicative. Compared to Cloverdale and other plumbers I have dealt with, there is no comparison!
