Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling

My gas fireplace benefited from a thorough inspection and cleaning today. Not only did technician Austin Miller give each part of the system his utmost care and attention, he patiently answered all my questions and concerns. For the first time I actually understand and know how to properly operate the unit. And it looks beautiful. From smudged glass on all three sides to shiny now, it allows flaming logs to show up brightly upon a clean ceramic base! I could not be more pleased with the stellar service and attention received today.

I had two plumbing issues: a slow-draining kitchen sink and a continually-running toilet. Chad evaluated both issues and found my non-conventional toilet tank innards needed replacement. Unfortunately, special parts had to be ordered so that repair took place a week later.

Farris came out the next day to unclog my kitchen sink. He was friendly and professional. Snaking a drain can be messy, but he took all precautions to ensure the area under the sink remained dry and clean.

Mason repaired my toilet with a total rebuild inside the tank. He gave me good advice and clearly explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.

Cole and Chad were great! Helpful all the way through and got us all fixed up with our water heater, pipes and bathroom water damage. Really funny and nice guys. Chad did say the spiders in the crawlspace were throwing up gang signs but personally… I think he was threatening the spiders and now we have angry spiders. But other than that, great service and lighthearted despite the price of home repairs!

We live in an old house so it wasn’t a surprise when we had a water pipe leak and Carson got us all fixed up so fast and back in service. A month later our drain backed up, so we called Wickstrom again and Farris and Scott spent hours making sure every of our sewer pipes were clear of tree roots and we will be backup free! So relieved and thankful for their professional service! Highly recommend them.

Wickstrom did a great job under tough holiday conditions. Great staff, very professional and nice to be around. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Helen and Rochelle were amazing at getting us scheduled for an ac issue on short notice at our business. Stewart kept me in the loop the whole time and explained what the issue was. Been using Wickstroms for years and will continue to use them for years to come.

Farris was knowledgeable and informative. He helped answer my questions, and help me evaluate all the potential repairs that I could choose to do. He was great about explaining the lower cost option, as well as the recommended full repair. I would highly recommend.

Great company! Austin and Kyle came out to fix a leaking pipe on my HVAC system and did a really good job. They are very knowledgeable and easily explained exactly what was wrong and showed me what they needed to fix and how they would do it. They also took lots of photos throughout the repair and included them in an email so I would have before and after pictures of everything they did.

Highly recommend Wickstrom for plumbing and hvac needs they continue to give us a great experience. We've had them servicing our plumbing and HVAC since we moved in a year ago. So kind, honest, and thorough! Cole was our plumber and did an amazing job replacing our water heater and leaky/dated sink and tub fixtures! He was also so patient and kind to my daughter that kept wanting his attention. Our HVAC tech Kyle was very thorough and prioritized my concerns we've had as well us give us the usual check up for our unit. They both were great around our dogs and again so kimd. I continue to appreciate their great service!
