Tom Day arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to fix our clog and Kasey Whiting was able to determine the cause of the issue. We’re thankful they were able to help us.

Brady was on time which I appreciate. He was very personable and polite and I would have him back in a heartbeat. I have used Perfect Air for many years now and have always been happy with them.

Josh and Steven did a great job installing our new Daikin Fit heat pump, furnace, and thermostat. They were timely, friendly and professional, and they went about the installation very effectively. It was a tight closet for the install, and they efficiently went about making the install happen all in one day. My overall experience with Perfect was excellent, including the original bid. Travis was very knowledgeable, including about heat pumps, which is not true of every company that bid on the project. The system seems to be working beautifully with a nice even heat throughout the house.

This guys service is speedy and meticulous. He’s had some experience and I highly advise reaching out to the office to book him, as he is the best in the game to do it.

I called Prefect to replace my furnace, AC and add a water softener. Travis, the sales rep was excellent and provided all the options and explained Perfect's product, warranty and service process. When the Techs came, they were professional and installed the new equipment quickly and cleaned up after the job. After the work, Travis came back and explained the new equipment and thermostat. An all around smooth process and good value.

I just got done watching a great team install my new furnace along with a new air conditioner. Josh S. and Hayden W. did a fantastic job. They were quick to address my questions and concerns, and put me at ease at what can be a stressful time. Real experienced craftsmen they are. If you have a question about your HVAC components call PERFECT HVAC first. I also wanted to mention Travis in sales, he's an honest, forthright person who will work patiently to get you just what you want and need. Great company. This was a great company to work with! Our furnace went out the week before Christmas, but Perfect helped us out and it was all so smooth that it was a pleasant experience. Seth who diagnosed our old system, Gary who walked us through the options, and Cody B that installed our new furnace were all really helpful, kind, and professional. They email and text you information ahead of time about who will be entering your home, and everyone we did work with was great! The whole process was as fast and painless as possible. We will call them again when we need them!

JD was our tech and he did a great job. He invited me to watch him and he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We were very impressed with him.

My wife and I have been customers of Perfect Plumbing, Heating and Air for many years now and appreciate the excellent work they do. Most recently we needed a leaking valve in the shower repaired and, as always, they got someone right out to take care of us. This time the service technician was Brent Hagood. He did an excellent job and had the issue taken care of in no time. Our office needed assistance and not only were they quick to respond but they are so nice. We've been impressed every time we've had to call them. Tom Day was our specialist today and even though he's a Packers fan he absolutely went above and beyond. Great guy!
