Perfect Plumbing Heating & Air

Sam came to do a plumbing inspection, a service included with my membership. I received a call ahead of his arrival, he came soon after and was prepared for his visit. He was friendly, professional and efficient. His inspection was thorough and I’m grateful to know that my plumbing is good with one issue noted. Thank you Sam, it was a pleasure to meet you.

I used perfect plumbing in January 2021. Very happy with all they did. We are now looking into replacing our air conditioner. The gentleman who stopped by to give us a bid was Pete Acuna. He was very professional in every way. He listened to our concerns and was very informative on things that we should consider. If we do utilize perfect on this job, it would be due to his approach. The HVAC specialists were courteous, professional, highly knowledgeable, went above and beyond, as well as personable! We will always go back to them. Tom Bullock is amazing as always. We always request him, and he takes such good care of us. Travis G came out after Tom, to help us chose a new system for our house, and was super polite and very nice! We look forwards to our system being installed!!

Update: Dwayne & Jeremy showed up on time to our home to install our new system! They were super professional, and nice to talk to. They explained the new thermostat, and new system to us. 5 STARS For their great experience.

My furnace quit working even though it had been checked out by perfect plumbing in 3 months prior and was told it was in great condition. Blake was sent out to inspect today to diagnose why the furnace was not firing up. He was professional, friendly and great at communicating the issue and the fix for it. He also explained about the perfect care maintenance plan and highlighted all the benefits of that plan. I appreciate all his help and the information he gave me about my furnace issue, which he fixed right away.

Connor in HVAC was more than outstanding! What a gentleman, and so eager to learn. He explained everything he did & wasn't bothered by all my silly questions. He even called in the experts when he knew the other situation was above him. You all have a keeper with Connor. Wonderful individual! Rare!

The AC went out at my elderly parents house. JD was out in less than 30 minutes from receiving the call. He was professional, quickly evaluated our problem and offered economical solutions. He even crawled into the spider 🕷️ infested crawl space to fully assess the furnace. Tony came out and further discussed our options, answered all of our questions and scheduled our service. Top notch, professionalism all the way. Highly recommend!

On Sunday I turned on the outside faucet and could water spraying under the house.
I did a google search and found them after looking at several other businesses.
The ease of online scheduling, the follow up texts for my appointment reminder, the phone call to let me know the serviceman Thomas was on his way. They also emailed a bio and picture of Thomas the plumber who was coming to do the repair work.
Thomas was friendly, knowledgeable,he showed me the source of leak and gave me an estimate of the job.
Thomas was finished in just a few minutes, after the payment was done I was emailed my receipt along with pictures of the project.
He handed me his business card and asked me to call the office if I need plumbing repair in the future and he would be happy to take care of me.
Top notch service from start to finish.

Signed up for their monthly payment which would give me a discount on services and they were suppose to come out every 6 months. They never called or showed up. If you use them be sure and check your bill before paying. I was just informed that it's possible the technicians over charge and pocket money. I do not recommend this company!

It was an absolute pleasure having Calvin Clark and Steven Placencia install my new HVAC system. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! They did an excellent job and went out of their ways to be helpful! I highly recommend this company, and this team!
