Eric was AMAZING. He stayed late to take my call. He was there for less than 5 minutes & had diagnosed my problem, had the part, replaced it & did a general check up. He was courteous, knowledgeable & very accommodating as my work situation was very fluid during the repair window. I would totally use J.A. Bert h again & would highly recommend Eric.

My furnace was making too much noise! They came, found the problem and Josh installed this morning! So happy to have a quiet furnace again. They're local, competent and I'd recommend JA Bertsch to anyone!

Heater was no longer keeping the house warm. I was worried I needed a new furnace. J. A. Bertsch was able to get someone out next day. They took a look and let me know a sensor was dirty and just needed a cleaning. Didn’t try to sell me a whole system or up sell something I didn’t want / need. got the furnace working on little under an hour. I will be calling them anytime I have an issue in the future.

He came on an emergency basis late at night - was efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, the unit can't be repaired, but I felt he made an honest assessment of the problem and solution.

Installed new furnace & A/C. Great service, nicely done and very professional. Met and exceeded our expectations!

7 p.m., 26 degrees, no heat, ugh. Made a call, it was immediately answered and then John was on his way. John was quick to find the problem. Thank goodness, it was one of those blonde moments, although I have gray hair and the issue was quickly remedied. Personally, I hope never to have to call again, but if I ever require repair or replacement of my heating system JA Bertsch will be my first and only call!
