I just wanted to say that JA Bertsch is amazing! They got Danney out to me as quickly after realizing I had a little (but big) problem. She got right to work and found out the problem super quick! Im so glad we caught it in time!
I'm thankful for you guys, and will definitely be calling you for any electrical work we need!

We recently had an air conditioner and furnace unit installed, and now that the weather is hot had some issues with the air conditioner. They were some issues contacting the business when my air conditioner wasn’t working, but after we spoke, they were kind, courteous and came out to my home quickly. They corrected the issue and overall I am pleased.

We asked for an estimate for air conditioning and Blaine was very personable and explained everything we needed to know about installation and costs. We would use his services in the future when we are ready to update our system. A very pleasant experience. Thanks Blaine!

We got a total of 5 estimates with different companies. Blaine from JA Bertsch was very knowledgeable and professional. He offered a few very good suggestions for our needs and was easy to work with. We got the estimate on the spot (unexpected).
Everything, from the scheduling, communication to the punctuality was perfect.
I would highly recommend them.

4/3/23 - I had Aaron R come in for regular maintenance. He was professional, quick, and reminded me I was part of their comfort club, so I there was no charge for the services that day.

3/24/23 - I had to have John W. come back out because the furnace issue came back a few days later. They quickly got me on the schedule, he came back, fixed it again, and our house was warm again in no time. They stood by their work and parts and I was not charged. Thanks guys!

3/18/23 - John W. Did a wonderful job. We called the emergency line and he called back within about 10min. He came over, diagnosed our furnace quickly, thought he had the parts but they didn’t fit. So instead of making us wait in the cold for the part to come in, he problem solved on the fly and made a modification that worked. We were all warmed up soon after. Thanks John!

We're at the beginning of installing a new replacement Carrier furnace. So far, Bertsch has been careful and professional. Pricing is competitive.

Tim showed up early for the appointment after texting me he was on his way as a "heads up". Nice personality and clean uniform. Explained problem to him and he went right to work. Short time later he announced that it was fixed. Very fair price.

Bertsch was able to order and install a new boiler cap to replace the 40+ year old one that blew off our clubhouse last fall. Other vendors were unable to help us, but Bertsch knew right away what we needed and kept in touch with us during the entire process of getting it ordered and installed. Customer service was superb and the technicians knew exactly what needed to be done and did it professionally. We are highly satisfied with all facets of the service.

We hired JA Bertsch to install a mini-split system in a 250 square foot bonus room over our garage that was unbearable hot in the summers. The price was very competitive and the technicians were excellent. Everyone was very professional, they were on time and finished on schedule. We highly recommend using them!

We asked the company for an A/C replacement bid. Blaine arrived on time and with A/C documentation for our home size. He did preliminary work prior to meeting and that spoke volumes to us. He spent a lot of time checking ducts, kinks in the ducts and discovered a problem with the coil around the furnace which affects A/C performance. We appreciated his thoroughness, time and concern for the customer. We highly recommend JA Bertsch.
