Bought AC units for home from them & was so happy with the work I applied for a job & am a full time employee now. Excellent work & excellent people to work for/with:)

I would definitely recommend this company. They fit me in 10 days early to come and evaluate my a/c issues. The tech was very professional and didn’t take long to figure out what was wrong.

Cleaning your ducts and vents is worth it! This was on a 2nd story I didn't have access to and had built up for years before I bought the place.

I moved into a new home just days ago and the AC was not working. Unfortunately, even with the builder trying to get someone out ASAP and the temp was 90, both inside and out he was not successful. My Realtor, Marcello called J.A. Bertsch and John came out within fifteen minutes. He immediately found a wire that was never connected in the unit. My house is now cooling down and I am a new customer. Thank you!

Eric w/JA Bertsch installed a new hot water tank for my "boiler system" & did a stellar job. So refreshing to have a business w/quality employees & organized office staff. I'd highly recommend them for any Heating/Cooling project.

David was absolutely amazing. He was so incredibly kind and I will be eternally grateful.
He was the only one who even called me back when I left a message on multiple emergency lines because my furnace went out today in the single digit temps, and now I am glad that no one else got back to me. He was so friendly and made me feel comfortable, and of course quickly figured out and fixed the issue.
