Called to fix our AC. They fit us in the next day. Aaron (the technician) was professional, polite, friendly, and efficient. He discovered a leak right away and suggested a few options to help us decide the best course of action. While we were decided he checked the entire system for any other issues to make sure his quote would be accurate. We chose to fix and not replace. We scheduled the repair day with a friendly and helpful lady through the main office. we were fit in for the repair within a week. Aaron came back out on time, on the scheduled day, and was done promptly. The unit has never worked better. The quote was accurate to the penny. Exceedingly pleased with the entire process, highly recommended.

Quick service as i called at 7 am with my AC not working and Sean showed up at 8:30! Sean quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and we're now staying cool again. Sean was very professional and courteous. They will be my first call with any future issues I may have.

Our heat went out in the middle of the night. I called Bertsch and Eric responded immediately. He was very professional, honest and personable. He fixed the problem and had our heat up and running before 6:30AM. My wife is going through cancer treatment and couldn’t go without heat for long. I used this company to repair my water heater and service/repair my furnace. They are very timely and have great customer service. Our new to us home was built with only electric cooking hookups. We'd had enough of that after just a year. J.A. Bertsch install specialists April, Stephen and Luke did a great job installing a gas line! They were all very professional and the work they did was absolutely top notch!!!
