From start to finish was a great experience. They were on time, professional and friendly. We had a new oil furnace installed and it works great! They were one of the only companies to return our call when our furnace went out in below zero temps not too long ago. Thank you for helping us out and making it an easy process. Highly recommend!

My family is thrilled with the outcome of our new mini split install. Everyone we interacted with — from the initial consult to electrical pre-wire day to install — was professional, friendly, and very good at their work. We would do business again with this company. Was referred to them by 30-yr residents of CDA who think very highly of them (now we do too).

Modifying my original review. 3 stars. Their customer service is fantastic however they quoted me $1800 to replace a draft inducer motor. The part brand new is $1000. So they wanted $800 in labor. Instead I bought a used part for $370 and installed it myself in an hour. Now I don't expect them to supply used parts but $800 an hour seems extremely high for hvac repair.

Eric was here right on time and ready to go to work right away. He’s very professional and clean. While he was here I asked him if he could take care of a couple other issues I needed fixed and he was fine with that. I would definitely recommend these guys for any HVAC needs.

Very professional installation team with Burk, Jesse, April and Dani. Clean, quiet, efficient installation. Politely listened to my input and included owners needs. I highly recommend JA Bertsch based on this very positive AC installation experience.

John gave us our 3rd bid for a new HVAC system. He was the most informative of all 3 companies. He provided a “why” to all his recommendations. We ended up purchasing from them and it will be installed next week.

Eric was awesome! On time, professional, thorough! I think he just extended the life of my 23 year old Bryant system at least 10 years! Plus massively improved my air filtration system. I love JA Bertsch! Highly recommend!

Out AC went out when the temperature was 90 degrees. Came home to a house that was 85 degrees. Found a place to stay for the night, and called their emergency line. The tech responded within the hour, and was able to fit us into his schedule for the next day. He was actually several hours early, and by the time I got home he had already repaired the AC unit. Overall 10/10 service.

Our technician, Aaron was beyond professional. He went the extra mile to make sure it was done right and did not charge more than what was quoted, even though he stayed an extra 3 hours. He fixed the problem and extra unforseen problems. Very kind and I don't have a single complaint. Plus left the area cleaner than it was when he showed up.
