David at JA Bertsch was great to work with when our ductless Daikin unit stopped working. I am very happy with the service we received. David was able to find the leak and replace the broken head that was installed by another company. He is very knowledgeable and was great at explaining things and answering all my questions. John was awesome, while here to do the AC check John found a gas leak at the hot water heater. He proceeded to fix the leak and he explained everything thing that he was doing to fix it. Great service and very professional.

Worker was on time, professional, and explained what he was doing. He did not try to sell me anything. Great experience, that is why I have used them for all my repairs and cleaning.
