We have been Comfort Club members for quite a while so we get to "visit" with all of the technicians! Each one exhibits great customer service, are very professional but friendly as well. We just renewed our Comfort Club membership because we want top notch technicians to keep us in good shape for a long time to come!

I chose J.A. Bertsch due to their positive reviews, years in business and specifically in case I needed to call them for service or warranty work…. which I already have. They installed a new A/C & Heater on my house. They were professional, on time, and communicated regularly with regard to scheduling appointments, making changes etc…, but I have had a few glitches with the heater. Tim, the service manager has been out 2X, couldn’t be more friendly or knowledgeable and has handled my issue. He also went out of his way to fine tune some things that I don’t believe others would.
I have a friend I wanted to give business to but he is a 1-man business and there is no way he could be this efficient. Very pleased with my decision!
