Erik troubleshooted a intermittent problem with an instant hot water heater. He is great at detection work and outside the box thinking! Very polite, considerate and a great communicator. Our furnace stopped working after business hours. Eric got to our home within an hour. He didn't have the part we needed (the part is not a common brand) but promised to address getting the part first thing in the morning and left us with a heater for the night. Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Overall good experience and excellent customer service.
