We have done business with Carter Comfort Systems in the past and trust them completely, so this year when our old heater died we called them to help us.

The men were polite and professional and explained to us what was going on while they installed the heater when we had questions.

As a new home owner, I've had numerous questions regarding the heating and cooling equipment that came with the home. While the majority of the questions would be considered basic, they have all been answered professionally and with extreme patience and understanding. You know you are working with a great company when the owner takes time out his weekend schedule to talk you through a question. If/when we ever build a new home or replace/upgrade our existing heating and cooling equipment, I can see no reason to take my business elsewhere.

John was extraordinary to work with he serviced our A/C unit and even came out the next day to ensure everything worked properly! Ethan did our heating maintenance and was thorough and informative. Very nice company to work with.

2 very good technicians fixed my leak problems on my water source heat pump. They worked and worked until the problem was solved. I recommend Carter Comfort systems and am very pleased.

They came out and installed a heat pump for us in 2017 as a part of an Idaho Power energy savings program. The whole process was simple and free. They have been coming out every 6 months since to do checkups for a minimal fee. This has saved us gobs of $$. We had one small issue when it was first installed where our backup heater wasn't connected and the heat pump wasn't keeping up during snowmegedon. They came out and took care us us fast during a really busy season.
