    Our HVAC system went completely out and Carter Comfort Systems came through with a new unit that was just right for our home. Their expertise, friendly service and efficient work was greatly appreciated! Our house is warm once again and we love the new dual zone thermostat. We will definitely call Carter Comfort Systems for any future needs!

    I was not at all sure I was going to like this company in the beginning but John Carter came out personally to go over my situation in order to come up with a system that would work for my home that was built in the early 1900s. The guys that came out to do the work were fantastic. They were polite and worked hard to get the job done. When they left the only way to tell they had been here was my new system. They even made sure my lamps were plugged back in and a picture was rehung when it wouldn't fit where it was originally. Above and beyond.

    These guys came in quickly and efficiently, did a great install and the heat pump we got has worked well. This has been a crazy cold year so the heat pump couldn't keep up with the lower temperatures but the company itself was a pleasure to work with. Barry (I think that was his name) was very knowledgeable and shared information easily. He also was comfortable interacting with my two little kids. Great experience!

    This group works as a team, and they are not afraid to help each other to get the job done. I had a new ductless system installed. When finished, the system was explained to me as to how to use the remote, etc. Carter Comfort does not advertise, but relies solely on word of mouth, which is wise on their part, because they make sure their customers are well satisfied! I am very much so and give them as many start are allowed!

    I discovered Carter Comfort a few years ago and have been very pleased with their timely service and pleasant technician (ask for Ray). It is also great to be be able to communicate with an actual person (Jes) who sets up appointments, sends reminders, and let’s me know when the technician is on his way. This really is a company that deserves 5 stars.

    Last minute shopping for a furnace is not a wise idea. But, it happens. In fact, I had the great blessing of having my furnace go out in October of 2015 and my air conditioner die on July 4th of 2016.
    Carter Comfort took a very traumatic situation that consisted of financial decisions, overall efficiency upfront costs to lifelong savings comparisons to a different level. They gave me facts that I could work with and make decisions that I am happy about.
    I love my new furnace! My bill went from $84.00 a month last the previous year to $33.00 a month. My air conditioner fees from $60.00 to $10.00 a month. That is savings that makes my everyday life better.
    They came and did the work on a saturday and a holiday. They took care of me. They treated me kindly, professionally and I LOVE working with them and their staff. The guys in the field and the ladies in the office are awesome.

    I have been using Carter Comfort Care for many years. They service all of our rental properties and are extremely professional with the tenants and very reliable. In addition, they are very reasonably priced, which helps with the bottom line. I truly would not use any other company.

    We had a power outage and the furnace would come on. I called Carter's and within 30 minutes they were here! Fixed my furnace in less than an hour! They are wonderful and caring! So much appreciation for them!

    I had a positive experience with Carter's. We have been having them service our heating and cooling system for a few years now. The last time the owner came and was personally training a new technician, I thought that said a lot for the integrity of the bussiness.
