I went with Carter Comfort Systems for a Daikin Mini-Split Heat Pump after four consultations with other companies. What set them apart was very simple. Good, Honest assessment on what my home needed and not what the company wanted to sell me. Sean sat down with me and he gave me a straight, no nonsense pitch and answered my questions beyond satisfaction. While price was a big consideration as a first time homebuyer with a limited budget, Carter quoted the best price for the unit as well as a fair price for any electrical work I could not do myself.
On the Customer service side, John kept me up to date on the schedule and any changes made to it. This is a rare quality I have found in contract work and was much appreciated. On the install day, Rory and Richard arrived promptly ready to work and I found them to be efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Great Company! Wish I had more houses that needed Cooling and Heating.

Carter Comfort installed a new dual heat pump/propane system for me a couple of months ago. The crew that came out was polite and professional. They had a few tight places to work, both in tearing out all the old stuff and installing the new, but handled everything with care and without complaint. They answered all my dumb questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with the install and that I understood the workings of the new system, including the wifi thermostat. The system has been working great since the install, and I will happily continue to use Carter Comfort for my HVAC needs.

The wonderful people at Comfort Systems installed a heat pump system for me and did an EXCELLENT job and they are all very helpful, pleasant and friendly. They had a very difficult situation to replace the system of a 1980 mobile home. It was a very small place to work and they had to build a door to cover the system. It's not only a wonderful system that has reduced my power bill but the new door is beautiful and compliments the room. I couldn't be happier with a company. Thanks Comfort Systems!

Needed furnace serviced for certified family home. In the past needed furnace serviced as well as further looked at on a different occasion because it kept shutting off a few minutes after reset in the winter and wasn't heating the home. Carter technician saved me money by explaining how to clean the coils myself & the sensor needs cleaned off every so often and was honest telling me I didn't need it replaced which is 129.00 part.

Very professional and prompt courteous service definitely recommend to everyone. In the past called A1 heating and air who have told me I needed $600.00 in work done upon evaluation and Carters said this was not the case at all. Have Used Carters since 2007.

Specifically, Ray does an excellent job. Ray is friendly and more than will to explain everything he is doing.
