Had a new HVAC system installed in Nov 2022 when it was cooler out so could not perform the AC setup 100%.

I noticed this year when it comes on there is a noise I have never heard before. I called and Jered came out and was puzzled a little as well. Makes me feel like I didn’t waste a call at least.

He checked everything over and it appears to be functioning properly. At least t was checked and I feel better knowing it should be good for the summer.

I appreciate the responsive nature of the entire team at Right Now and I really do look forward to working with your team for years to come.

I tried to use this business. I purchased a home that this company did the installation of a heat pump system for the previous owner. I called to ask for a service and education on this system and was told "we don't service any system until it's been in place for two years." That was last fall. I called again last Friday (3 work days have passed) to request a home service and was told that "the team" would call me to set a time and the first young lady's information was incorrect. No kidding. No one called so I called today (Wednesday) and asked for a supervisor. Was advised there wasn't one available so could they take my phone and have a return call. I'm done with this company.

The guys/gals in the pink trucks are always so friendly and responsive from picking up the phone to the end of service. Great value too. They are my "go-tos" for my heating and A/C needs.

I bought multiple pieces of equipment from Right Now 4 years ago (approx. $10K) and this week the heating element stopped working. I called the customer service line to find out if there was any warranty information they could give me -- either from Right Now or the manufacturer. After waiting on hold I was told that information wasn't available unless they sent a tech to my house for a min. fee of $120. When I pushed back and asked for more information -- I was told that a message would sent to a manager and they would get back to me. THAT WAS 4 DAYS AGO.

In the meantime, I called Snowflake Heating and Air and they came right out without a service charge, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Although it WAS in fact due to quick and cheap production of the very expensive unit we bought, and they said it was probably very unlikely that we'd get any compensation -- this still fixed it and were very honest about everything.

I would never recommend this company to anyone based on their customer service alone. Nothing is more frustrating than spending top dollar for something and feeling like the min. it's installed, you're on your own.

Have used this company in the past. Lady called me pitching their spring special service. Told her not now. She asked why not. Told here if my previous bad service where they charged me to much for the service as per my Warrenty company. She offered to have their service Dept contact me. Then asked about scheduling my service. Told her not until I have someone explained to me why my service was so high. She called later and offered her service tech to come out for my spring service and he could explained it to me when he came for my service. Told her NO till I heard back from then. No further contact. Not very good or professional by my standards. NEW UPDATE. This is in response to their reply. They stated I was not in their data base but I corrected them as they serviced me 10/21 and fixed my AC 9/22. They assured it would be corrected and it still states I am not in their data base. Their response stated to call their costumer success manager Carly and she never talked to me she used her assistant to deal with Mr. I offered to take down my original issue and as previously stated their business model dealing with a customer is not very professional with a lack of follow through. I will complement their service techs as they have been the best part of this company. Any further contact from them must now come from a GM.

He provided all details clearly and professionally while addressing a few issues he found with our home. He didn't try to upsell me and was eager to provide options that worked for us.
