Air conditioning stopped functioning. Jared showed up on time, was friendly and professional. Jared systematically worked his way through troubleshooting and quickly located the issue. Very happy with his ability and performance.

We remodeled homes and have used this company on numerous occasions and have always been pleased with the company and its team.

Jeff came out yesterday, for what we thought was a minor issue. Unfortunately it turned out to be a much bigger job than anyone expected. Jeff has been fantastic. He walked my husband and I through everything he was doing. He showed us via camera exactly what he was seeing as he was looking at the system and explained step by step. He explained our options for getting everything up and running. We ended up deciding to replace everything and are just waiting on one part that had to be ordered. I will update this review once the job is done but so far we have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, the communication, and the experience.

Troy was knowledgeable and pleasant answering all of my questions. Troy showed me the issue, explained how the unit functions and how he corrected it. Troy was professional and nice which made him easy to talk with about the service.

Jason was great, i let him know what was going on what I had troubleshot. He went through everything explained what he found fixed a fuse and restripped a wire. He got everything doing what it should be, unfortunately my upstairs thermostat screen was fried. He let me know what to do to get a new one and install. Great to work with 👍

The price is very good. The technician that came in the afternoon named Jason was excellent and thorough! But….Right Now had to reschedule last week due illnesses. I was flexible. They were supposed to be at my home at 9:00 a.m. At 9:40 I called because nobody showed up. They said the tech called and a man answered and didn’t know anything about it and canceled it. The number on file is for my phone, nobody else answers it. Instead of checking if they called the correct number (since I confirmed the day before) they went on. Then I had to wait at a 3 hour window in the afternoon. So, it is a mixed review. Technicians are always knowledgeable.

Tony was incredibly professional, competent, and efficient. Terrific experience replacing our water heaters from beginning to end. I highly recommend Right Now to anyone.

My parents’ AC unit went out and I called to get someone out to look at it. Matt was able to come out the same day and was able to get the unit repaired and working during his visit. Since my parents weren’t able to be there during the appointment, he was great about walking me through the repairs needed as well as keeping my parents aware of the work done and future options if/when they are ready for an upgrade.

The best part about this company is that they came the next day AND without a service fee! It was a free quote which I was thrilled about. The worst part, is that the price was SO INCREDIBLY HIGH, my mouth literally fell open and I had to cover it. I am NOT EVEN KIDDING. A relatively easy fix in a stripped shower faucet, was $869.
It was $400 if I went and purchased the inside piece myself. My neighbor is helping me as he said it is not a big deal. 😐

Matt took the time to talk to me before and after the performing the maintenance service. He was thorough with his findings and explained my options including an option I may have not considered. Thank you Matt for your kindness and time.

Jason was excellent. He showed me the issues an what was needed to correct. He showed me parts an how they should be functioning.
By the time he left I could feel the difference. I want him On all future calls.
