Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning

Good points: Made a call and came out on 4th of July to troubleshoot my Grandmother's A/C. Was told she needed a new system.
Bad point: Grandmother and I were told to our face that new equipment would be installed on July 5th between 9 & 11. No show. Called them up and I was told she is scheduled for the 6th of July. I was told a call was placed to my grandmother to state today was a feasible appointment. No such call was received.
If these people can't get their dates right and have to resort to outright lies, I wouldn't be confident in the quality of their work.
***UPDATE***
Technicians did come out on the 6th of July as according to their schedule. Took longer than we were told, but system seems to be functioning.
However, while my father and I were cleaning up the mess they left behind, we had to avoid stepping on someone else's lung biscuits left in the driveway.
Also, it turns out the circuit panel may need an upgrade. Shouldn't something like been noted during initial inspection?

Right now heating and air have been great to me! I only use them when I have any system issues. We’ve had a strong on going 5 year relationship! They’re GREAT! As for Mr Smith todays tech kept right on par. Amazing service with great explanation and ease of mind!

The tech, Jacob was very courteous and professional. He also seemed very competent and explained what he accomplished and went thru the check list. Very pleased.

It's unfortunate when you have to replace an HVAC system, but if you do, I recommend this company. Brandon and John installed our system and they were great! Thorough, clean and efficient. We LOVE the new A/C system. Thank you Right Now Heating and Air!!

Manny was an exceptional gentleman exceeded any and all expectations I had for the service call! Very friendly professional and courteous! Highly recommended!

They care about money rather than service.
They sold me a $20(dual electrolytic capacitor) part for $491 and it went out for a week. When I called the direct phone number for the guy(Ali) who installed it even their field supervisor, he responded to me as " we don't work on Sunday but if you want your AC fixed, you have to pay $1200 and I can schedule one of my guy to show up". I would recommend all to stay away from this company because they only respond to those with new issues!

We contacted Right Now Heating and Air for a furnace tune-up. They were very responsive in their communication. Matt came out the next day and took several hours to carefully go through the system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and overall an awesome guy! He took the time to explain what he was doing, his findings, and answer any questions we had. I highly recommend their service.

Jason was AWESOME and very thoughtful to both me and my wife. He instructed me on what was going on and professionally answered and served our needs with style and quality. He also has a good sense of humor 😄

Jacob and Co worker was amazing 👏 I would and have hire again! They do awesome work always timely and professional and just super nice. My cat liked them too! LOVE the service and prices. Will be back!

I have used them for 4 complete systems. Thousands of dollars worth of furnaces. I then Rely on them for servicing the units. The last 2 times I have confirmed appointments, Right Now has no call - no showed. Twice!! My tenants took work off for the appointments and they didn't have the professionalism to call. Twice this has happened! They are good at getting the job but very poor at service. They are unreliable for service of the units purchased from them. Go elsewhere for your HVAC needs.
