Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning

Manny was wonderful! He was professional, so nice and helpful. He let me know what the issues were but not pushy about it, which I appreciate. 10/10 would recommend!

I used Right Now Heating and Air-conditioning based on reviews here for heating system failure (blowing cold air) a few months back during winter. On a plus note, the scheduling appointment was easy, and tech showed up promptly. However, my experience was not good for the following reasons

1) Tech could not figure out (root cause) the issue and suggested changing a sensor for about $400 as a short fix but really recommended replacing the entire furnace for $8K, saying it reached its end of life. Glad that I called Ashley heating, tech was great who figured out the issue and fixed the problem with tuning with no sensor change, no furnace replacement (only needed to pay service call charge) - it's been running better than before for months

2) Trying to find new problems (control board is looking old with wear and tear, heat exchanger could be going out, etc. etc.) everywhere instead of fixing the problem at hand

3) Very rough, removed insulations (another company declined to come after Right Now) - took pictures before leaving

I suggest looking at both positive and negative reviews on Google, checking BBB reviews/accreditation, get at least one more quote/opinion (including company that installed the HVAC)

We had the best experience, my Dad's furnace went out overnight and our repairman came at the first part of the time frame quoted this morning. He also gave some advice on a couple of questions my dad asked him on other systems of his and the man couldn't have been nicer. He needed a part to fix the system and he was back so fast. We were raving about his service after he left, we appreciate someone so helpful and patient coming by to help our Dad out. Thank you for sending a quality man out!!

Tony came out to install our water heater and softener. With his knowledge and productivity, I can say I have had the most pleasurable experience ever! Our home feels like a dream. I will be using Right Now Plumbing for the future yet to come. Thank you Right Now!

Matt did an inspection of our furnace and AC systems. Both were in disrepair, needing replacement. He was very knowledgeable and forthright. Personable, honest. I would highly recommend him to future customers

We noticed water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen, coming from the master bathroom above. We called Right Now, on a Sunday, and they had a tech come out to assess, same day!! Rob Salgado did such a great job assessing the problem, and getting us set up for repairs! He was so friendly and professional, felt like we knew him for years! Thank you guys for such great service!!

They showed up on time with a great attitude. Walked me through everything they were doing. Very professional and kind. 20/10 service. Actually caught a wiring mistake by previous company that saved my ac unit from needing replacement! Jakob Balik is phenomenal!

Easily set up an appointment, called beforehand to let me know when they would be there, showed up just minutes before that time (early 👍). Skyler was professional and friendly, wasn’t bothered by my children running around being loud (like young children are). Walked me through everything afterwards, even gave me some tips on how to help best maintain the system for maximum efficiency.
Very satisfied.

Brandon the guy who came, did an amazing job at checking our heating and air conditioning filters. He was nice and got the job done right away. He changed the filter, tested my hard water, and checked the water heater. It was a satisfactory solution and we appreciated it.
