Chase Christensen was awesome! He was very punctual and knowledgeable. I’m very curious by nature and he patiently walked me through what’s he was doing the whole 2 hours he was at my house. We shared life stories and I even learned of a couple restaurants to try out in the area. Very charismatic and enthusiastic! I will say that this company is also very dependable. There was a little hiccup with the original scheduling but they definitely compensated and made the situation right. Very glad we used this company and will be doing so for the remainder of our years here in Boise.

Jason did a great job! He diagnosed the problem correctly, replaced a tired part and fixed the problem. He did this all the time while laughing at my jokes and in a jovial mood. A gem to work with. I'd be recommending him for advancement or more pay. Don't lose this guy - he is knowledgeable, personable, smart, enjoys old man jokes (or is a great actor!) and helps ease the pain of an expensive repair. Hard to find dedicated workers like that in any service provider. He even did a great job up-selling a new furnace/hot water heater to me. Set me up with an appointment and maybe I'll get a new furnace and heater out of the deal! Made it sound like a no brainer to upgrade to a new system rather than fix an old heater. Wish it was that easy to fix old men...

Highly recommend! Great communication, Jacob was right on time, very respectful of my home and careful not to let my cats out. They charged me exactly what was quoted and didn’t tell me I needed to replace a bunch of parts. I will use them again and will recommend to others!

My technician was Kaiden Jenkins that came out to fix my problem with the A/C. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on everything that he was going to be doing and explained it to where I could understand. Very knowledgeable and friendly.. You have a great employee!

Troy with this company was awesome. He was very professional; He answered all my questions and showed me what needed to repaired. He also checked the areas that could have the same problem and ensured that they were ok before finishing the repair job. He also stayed to make sure the AC was working correctly before leaving. I would highly recommend him to service my system again if needed... and I was grateful that the repair was still covered under the warranty!!

We had a new water heater installation. Outstanding customer service. Jacob arrived first survey the situation and gave quote.
The entire Team is very professional and knowledgeable about process. We had Kirk Morris and Francisco arrived as promised. They took care of all surrounding mess and took out the old and installed the new water heater. Very impressed with their service and reliability. Outstanding company.

I had this company come out to my home three times to try and fix my AC. After the third time they rescheduled to come out a fourth time to fix my issue and they called that morning and canceled on me and needed to reschedule. Again after rescheduling they canceled on me again. This company is very unprofessional! I asked to have a manager call me back and I never received a call back. I work in the health field and understand about being busy, but coming out three times and then two cancellations. I just don't Understand! It's been two weeks with no air conditioning. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional, have no integrity and poor customer service!!

Matt promptly and politely showed up to my house for the job. He was diligent, informative and forthright with information regarding my HVAC system. I appreciate his attention to detail and thoughtful suggestions.

Jason Martinez came to my house to inspect my furnace and AC. He was very polite and friendly. He taught me a few tips on maintaining my furnace and AC that I wasn’t aware of. Such a helpful guy! I highly recommend Mr. Martinez and Right Now!

Thank you very much Chase. Very professional and honest worker. When he got here he got straight to work checked every wire and my system, did a couple and tests and found the problem. I’m happy to say that Chase fixed our thermostat problem in no time. Very happy with the results and hoping of doing more business with you guys
