Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning

Right now has been our go to HVAC people for years. Always great service at a fair price. The techs are always friendly and thorough. Jason did our latest maintenance. He was very happy, friendly and efficient. We will use Right Now again.

Manny was very personable and right out the truck interacted with my 3 year old and gave coloring sheets. He was respectful and pleasant to talk and work with no pressure to buy anything. I Will definitely be using them and preferably Manny thanks man!

Manny was a pleasure to work with when it came to the HVAC and duct system! He explained the entire process and the importance of the ducts, calcium deposits, and the overall maintenance of the A/C, HVAC, water heater, and the dryer vents. He was on time, worked quickly and throughly. He also was friendly and conversational with the education about the system, which made me and my friend more comfortable about the investment & maintenance of the HVAC system. He didn't leave without making sure all of our questions were answered either. 5 stars all the way around!

Replacing a water heater and adding a water softener resulted in having to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. The plumber they sent to do the work was unexperienced and it took them multiple days to complete the job. On the 5th day a more experienced plumber came out to inspect the work that the less experienced plumber had done and had to redo a bunch of things. Every day they had to come out they had to turn the water off to the house which resulted in the hot water supply line to my kitchen sink to expand and contract. After the water was turned back on, the air that was introduced into the pipes needed to be bled. When the faucet was turned on the supply line was violently shaking as the are escaped the pipes. 5 days of turning the water off and turning the water back on and bleeding the air out of the pipes resulted in the hot water supply line fitting to loosen as the air was bled and the line violently shook. The leak went undetected until we noticed water seeping through the cracks of our hardwood floor. Of course this company denied responsibility and basically told me that it was common sense that I should have went around and checked all my hot water fittings after they were done. I will never do business with this company again. Even after I was warned not to do business with them I ignored the advice and instead relied upon their 4.9 Google review.

Manny did an awesome job cleaning our furnace and hot water heater. He was very friendly, professional and showed up on time. He called about a half hour before appointment and advised he was on his way.

Highly recommend! Great communication with the company before the appointment so I knew exactly when they’d be at my house. Very professional serviceman whom I felt I could trust. I also trust the company to not take advantage of people. He showed me a video of the rust as proof of the damage which was very insightful. I will get service from this company again.

This is the first time I’ve ever had HVAC issues… but I will never be going through another company. Everything was literally perfect so there’s no point in me looking anywhere else. They were quick to get someone out, extremely fair priced, and the technician Troy was as good as it gets! Extremely knowledgeable, informative through the whole process, and he was “in and out” in no time!! He clearly loves the company he works for and takes pride in the work he performs! 10/10

Troy was on time, courteous, professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty, by taking a look at the A/C, to make sure it is in good working order, if we ever get warm weather, even though he was here for the furnace. Always impressed with the high quality of service offered by Troy and Right Now Heating and Cooling. Highly recommend them!
