Greg is a highly personable and professional plumber who provided an efficient installation. We couldn't be happier with our decision to invest in a new system. However no instruction manual was provided for our new expensive appliance, and obtaining service afterward when something wasn't right and a leak was puddling on the floor was another matter.

The shower handle broke off at 7 in the morning and the water was shooting out. I googled best plumbers near me and Steve's Plumbing popped up. I called and the representative sent out a technician.
Shawn M showed up on time and he is professional! He looked at my shower and provided me with my options. He completed the repair and I was super happy!!

I was very pleased with plumber Ryan Daniel's professionalism and great service! I have a difficult-to-access under the counter heater, but Ryan "made it happen" by completing the install skillfully. He laid out my options throughout the job so I could make choices that best fit my budget. I will definitely go with Steve's Plumbing for my next call!

Zack was very competent, just listening to description of problems, he checked it all out and very quickly determined the problems, most of which were due to incompetent plumbing techs employed during original construction of home (now a year old). Zack had to order special adapters, and within a week's time got them and fixed my shower problem. In the kitchen, he checked and determined the problem was initial installers' overtightening the connecting hoses, causing hose kinks which restricted the cold water flow. In the laundry tray, he found the leak in the drain was due to incorrect connection of drain pipe (missing gasket) which was causing major leaks under the counter. He quickly fixed the leak, all work done within 30-45 minutes. He was understanding, patient, and very easy to talk with to describe our problems. Cost was a little on the high side but, all things considered, worth the expense, especially in these days of dollar devalution ($100 is the new $20)!!??

Don’t waste you time calling another company - call Steve’s the first time ! Braxton the Master Technician was at my house hours after I called. He was very courteous and professional. He went right to work and diagnosed the problem. He gave me a good explanation of the problem and let me know exactly what was needed to fix the problem. Very impressive.

I didn’t realize the part was under warranty until I contacted the manufacturer. After the manufacturer told me the part was under warranty, I told Braxton and he took over from there to get me the part at no cost - saved me a ton of money.

Braxton came out late on a Friday night to install the new part. He installed the part and made sure the unit was working properly before he left. My AC is working great.

Braxton exceeded my highest expectations, he was amazing from start to finish.

Charged over $1000 to clean and flush our central air because that was supposedly the only thing wrong with our AC. Worked for 1 night and then was worse than before they showed up. Got a second opinion and found out there was a leak! The second opinion also said that we didn't even get everything we paid for.. out $1000 for a service that wasn't even fulfilled.

It started with a bathtub drain that would not keep the water in the tub for the grandchildren to take a tub bath. Mike fixed that in a few seconds, then asked if I wanted him to provide a free inspection of the rest of my faucets and plumbing connections. He thoroughly checked connections in the kitchen and in each bathroom, pointing out possible problems for my aging plumbing. He heard the water running outside and found a hose constantly running water in the grass when its faucet was supposedly shut tightly. (This probably accounts for my higher than anyone else’s water bill.). He found a leak in the connection to my washing machine, requiring the replacement of the entire outside sink plumbing, which had been installed with less than top notch hoses. With aging plumbing, many breaks in water flow and pressure are possible in my district, evidenced by the frequent water main breaks disrupting traffic. When proper pressure was restored to my hallway toilet, its plumbing fixture needed to be replaced. Mike’s keen eye for potential problems, all of which I chose to have fixed, has reassured me that I can have peace of mind now. Prevention is truly cleaner and cheaper than having to fix later.
