Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

We just moved into our new home and were unable to do laundry. With a family of 5, it was hell. We contacted Steve's plumbing and was able to schedule an appointment, and I was contacted early to reschedule at a sooner time. Professional, on time and courteous. Hawaii has given me hope in tradesmen providing the best service.

Paid nearly $950 to fix drips from water heater and convinced me to service it at the same time. Drippings continued and now slow to respond to fix the dripping, which was the original scope of work. They are quick to charge for new work but once paid and work is not to satisfaction, they don’t prioritize to get it fixed properly.

John is great!! Easy to talk to and communicates well!! John does professional work and is thorough during the process.

John doesn’t set the prices, but I think it was fair.

Overall, I’m happily satisfied with John’s work and I’d call again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Sam was friendly and efficient. He and a coworker repaired a leak outside. He gave me a range of solutions with different price points. He did the work fast, and left the area so that it looks almost like he was never there. The photo is the area where he had to dig. Well done.

John gave me the best customer service I have had in my 10 years of adulthood. He goes far above and beyond and deserves nothing but greatness in his profession. He is detail oriented, easy to work with, and you can tell he takes pride in the work he does. Hands down bar none use this company and ask for John 💪🏽

John was excellent. He took down the old faucet carefully, so that the in wall pipes were not damaged. He installed the new faucet, drain and trap efficiently, cleaned up the area and then checked for leaks. No leaks. Overall, excellent professional work. This is my second job with Steve's Plumbing and they have done the work excellently each time.

Zach and Alex were excellent! They were able to come earlier than scheduled to help. Very professional and answered all my questions. Fantastic work every day for 2 weeks. They had a huge job on their hands with changing all my pipes to copper. Would hire them again in a heart beat.

The faucet repair work was done efficiently with excellent quality. Sunny & his foreman (don’t remember his name) also did a recoating of the sewer line from the house to the street. The job was done very carefully, professionally & I have no complaints at all! In addition, both men displayed excellent rapport with their client & patiently answered all of my questions! With men like these two in your firm, you have nothing to worry about! I will continue to utilize the services of Steve’s Plumbing as long as you employ men such as these!

Our kitchen sink clogged. Called and got an appointment on the second day. They have text messages system sent timely updates. Santiago showed up early and had our kitchen sink clogging issue fixed very quickly. Charged fair price. The whole experience was smooth. Highly recommend.

Our toilet sprang a leak Tuesday night, and by Wednesday morning it was fixed. Michael Garrido was our technician and he was superb. He explained everything clearly, showed us the problem and fixed it within a couple hours. Mike was kind, courteous, professional and honest. We will definitely use Steve’s plumbing again when needed.
