Service was great. I was surprised when I called that they were able to send someone same day. It is nice being able to have issues that involve water taken care of quickly. Technician was great and professional. Review what needed to be fixed and how the repair went when completed.

Joel the technician came out the next day and was very helpful and explained the whole process . He prepared and answered all my questions on the three options. He was able to install the heater the next day. To improve the service even more, please keep the customer notified of any delays as soon as possible as our time is also valuable. I am sad to write this. Not reliable. I booked simple A/C service 2 months ago. Steve's cancelled and rescheduled 3 times over a week until I just gave up on them. If you need dependable service, probably go elsewhere. Mahalo.

Response time from when I applied for a time and when they called back and confirmed was quick. Service was professional, friendly, and customer-focused. Work quality seems great. Their 6 month work guarantee is nice too.

Landry is knowleagable and he explained what's going on with my leaking faucet. He also explain the warranty on the job that's he's going to perform. If only the repair cost is not as high as what I paid, I'd use Steve's Plumbing and AC Repair again.

Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service, plumber, Kristopher Turner, explained in detail as to what he will be doing, which is unclog the toilet. My grandson, flushed a toothbrush and that is exactly what he pulled out after 2 attempts. Thank God!! 😊 I would highly recommend Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service!!
