Josh is unbelievable! Steve’s Plumbing is so fortunate to have Josh working for them. He listened to our complaints and explained clearly what should be done to eliminate this problem. He even took pictures to show us of his successful results. Knowing what a horrible location he is forced to work in, it is amazing he could complete this job as well as he did.
Another very important point that is necessary to say. Josh is not only a great worker, he is also good looking as well! He has one of those endless smiles. Please consider Josh to do your TV commercials. He speaks so well, people can’t help but want your company work for you.

Mr. Santiago come to my condo on time to do an appraisal on my pluming issues . He was dressed very neatly and communicated well. He looked at my problem and explained patiently to me on the many issues I need to have addressed . I felt very comfortable. He is Very professional and informative.

Rod was great and a great asset to this company. He not only was sympathetic to our problem he was very professional. He also went out of his way and took the time to have a great conversion with us regarding our Lord. Which only increased our trust in Him.

Lame. A week to make a service call, NOT SAME DAY as advertised. Repairman came on two non-consecutive days and was unable to give me a diagnosis, an estimate, a time frame, but he did tell me that was his last day with the company and left. After two weeks and no movement forward, no time i could expect them to return.. The repairman said they were waiving the fee to show up, and no bill was ever presented, so they were discharged like bad body waste. I don't have all day to sit around hoping they'll show up and do their job. It seems based upon the high number of bad reviews lately this company is in self-destruct mode. Avoid like a disease, both AC and Pumbing services.

They were very professional and quick to come out and fixed our leaky faucet.

plumbing clog….Mike Ehlen was very professional and cleaned after the job leaving everything spotless and explained in detail options, procedures and costs. When I asked, he kindly answered my questions so that I am more knowledgeable on the maintenance of plumbing in my home to include the Bio-Clean product. I am most apt to recommend and re-use “Steve’s “ services due to his representation. Mahalo

Steve's Plumbing and in particular Maka C. did a great job. Replaced master shut-off valves in my condo. The space was tight but he managed to do an expert job and resolve all the challenges. I would recommend his services to a friend in need.

It was a pleasure working with Lyle, he was very courteous and professional and gave us a quote and explained the process of what is happening! Our water heater was 19 years old and he came in and replaced it and put a new one in. All in the same day! Will definitely call them in the future if anything happens.

Daniel showed up in my families time of need. He was methodical in his approach, and walked my wife and I through the process of the repair. Although I was not thrilled with the price of the repair, it seems like everything is extremely expensive at the moment (Steve's prices in particular), Daniel did a great job of explaining why the repair was necessary and explained the cost of future issues if left untreated.
