Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

Tried to charge us $915 to install a garbage disposal that cost $139. Installed disposal in 20 minutes and invoice gave no breakdown of work or cost of materials. Also broke electrical outlet that plugs into disposal. Outlet was working fine before he replaced the part and was not working after he completed job. According to electrician connection in outlet was damaged by the plumber. Plumber was also over an hour late from estimated time given by their office. Overall disgusted and very upset with poor workmanship and foul business practice. Overcharging seems to be a common thing with this company. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.

General inspection of system as a Ohana member. Joshua was great and thorough with his inspection. He was professional and honest. He also arrived earlier than scheduled appointment, and it worked out because wife and I were able to get a lot more things done that day.

Levi was very friendly and professional. I explained the problem and he quickly had a solution and fix. Could not be happier with his service and expertise. I highly recommend his services and I will definitely call on him again in the future.

Solid AC check up provided about a year ago however, a recent repair quote they gave me was outrageous and over $1500 to replace a shower faucet. Asked my plumber friend for a second opinion and he was able to fix the misdiagnosed “snapped bolt “ in less 10 minutes by removing it and tightening it. Really disappointing that the “tech” just straight to the most expensive resolution of replacing everything rather than trying to fix the issue. Be cautious of pricey quotes!

Zachary and his partner were absolutely incredible. Extremely personable and knowledgeable, I would 110% recommend him to anyone. If we come across anymore issues in the home I will absolutely be calling Steve’s Plumbing and specifically requesting Zachary. Thanks again for the incredible service!

I was so impressed and thankful for the staff at Steve's Plumbing from Nicole who took my call, in an emergency plumbing issue. And then Moana who called me to let me know that the technician would be there sooner than later. Sunn the technician was amazing with how helpful he was, he went above and beyond to resolve the issue and made me feel comfortable with the decision. I'm glad I called them because a problem that could of left my family of 6 without hot water was resolved by Sunny in a matter of a few hours. Much Mahalo Steve's Plumbing.

Quinn came out two days in a row to make an emergency repair on our system. He was professional, courteous, and well prepared to execute the job. He also gave us several service options to choose from along with the pros and cons for each. It was nice to have such great service while dealing with a major issue our home was having.

Sunny was proffesional, clean, and he spent hrs to make sure clog was cleared and leak repaired. He provided some very helpful plumbing advice. Will definitely request him again. Mahalo for giving me peace of mind at a reasonable cost.

Called for estimate of a toilet installation. They sent over a technician in an hour to give me an estimate. I asked if he could also replace my washer supply line valves. He gave me an estimate and told me they could do it all right then. Because of his professionalism and explanation of things, I decided to get it done then. Pleased with their work. It saved me time from having to schedule a future date for the work to be done.

Reynaldo was in the area at the time of my call and was able to come out within the hour. He was right up front about the issue and potential options. He was able to fix the problem with the single visit and the shower works just as it should. He was very personable, efficient, and clean in his work.
