Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

My shower handle fell off this morning and we had to shut off the water to the house! I called at 7:30am and Shawn the plumber came out to Laie by 9am!!
He gave me my options and now I signed for Steve's yearly membership plan!!
My shower was fixed and Shawn was professional and super cool!!

Now I gotta a plumber full-time!!

This past Friday, I called Steve’s Plumbing for a leaky faucet. The agent on the phone was excellent and got Maka to come out to our place on Saturday, when he assessed the job. Maka returned on Monday and did a great job. He was professional, personal and very respectful. Maka was very knowledgeable about our project and the finished product was evident of the pride he takes in his work. Mahalo, Maka.

Filled out the online contact yesterday, received quick callback and appointment this morning. Service tech Austin was outstanding, extremely personable, knowledgeable and forthcoming with what options I had with regard to pricing. Will certainly refer others to as well as use again should the need arise!

Scheduling absolutely horrible. Cancelled on day on me. Then came at 11am for a 730am appointment This needs to be addressed. Once at my house the staff was great

Pricey but the service that I received from Joel makes up for the price. I was not expecting the amount quoted by Shon. Wished Diana told me plus plus plus so much more when I asked how much it is to fix a pinhole leak. Service though was exceptional. Thanks Joel and Shon.

Checked all our pipes, toilet, sink, flushed water heater, ran camera through drain pipes to see if any concerns all as a free service for their Obama members. Great service and Tevita is very professional and thoroughly explained what was going on.

An upstairs toilet was clogged and plunging it would not clear it. I called Steve's Plumbing and they sent a plumber that very day. The plumber named John was courteous and professional. Great service. I will certainly use Steve's Plumbing again.
