Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

We called Steve's for a basic toilet clog and it ended up a much bigger issue. Bryan and Kimo were a tremendous help with the situation, while not resolved, it is no fault of theirs and more of our properties. Highly recommended-they came quick and had excellent customer service in the process. We will definitely keep Steve's (& Bryan & Kimo) in our contacts.

I called Steve's Plumbing for shower repair. Young lady took all my info.
And in less than 1 hour, Sunny was at my place, ready to evaluate my shower problem. Sunny did a great job repairing my shower problem. Sunny is not only very professional, he is very outgoing and friendly. We will always use Steve's Plumbing, and ask for Sunny. The company is just very polite and professional. I like that they texted Driver is on the way, with a pic. They have badge with pic. And use booties to come into the home. A great experience.

For drain cleaning they can't give you an estimate want to come out and give a quote and charge $60 bucks. Ok, no problem: scheduled arrival 7am-8:30am. Nobody shows up so I call to check at 8am for an ETA. They call me back at 8:35am that they can't arrive until 10am-12pm. Waste of time- I got up early and spent an hour and half waiting for nothing. Not reliable.

Everyone from the first phone contact to the serving plumbers were very professional. Prompt and communicated well. They worked hard and got the job faster than expected. I highly recommend Steve's Plumbing!

Robert from Steve's Plumbing was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick repair. Robert provided an outstanding service repair to find a leak and reinstall new seals. He explained everything that could cause the problem, then provided several options to choose from and identified some other issues that would need to be taken care of in the near future.

Jeramy was very professional, helpful, and considerate. Service was a little pricey but I'm sure that's typical of calling a plumber. He left us a good impression, so if the need arises, I would consider using Steve's plumbing again.

My clogged kitchen sink in an older BLDG had out dated corroded pipes which they replaced. Additionally they unclogged the pipes leading into the wall and out of my condo unit using a snake to go 20 feet into wall to ensure the clog was resolved.

Nalu took care of our plumbing issues, he was very professional. I am very satisfied with the work that he did. He made sure everything went smoothly and done correctly with the epoxy liner and left the areas in clean condition.
