Technicians Daniel and Peter responded quickly to our aid in reinstalling a very bad water heater. Daniel quickly assessed the problem and both of them provided a very professional service showcasing their expert experience. Also, Daniel and Peter were extremely friendly and accommodating in a way not normally seen in this day and age!!! Bravo to all of you at Steve’s plumbing Many Many THANKS!!!!!!

Very fast response. Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker. He removed our old electric water heater and installed a hybrid water heater. Kept us informed as he worked and advised us of various options for installation. I’m satisfied.

Joshua Aranaydo was the technician dispatched to our home. He arrived a couple hours after my initial call. He was super responsive and great to work with. He went above and beyond to get our leak fixed and was able to complete the work the same day. Joshua was very polite and respectful with me on the phone and did everything he said he would do to get us back and and running without leaks. I would highly recommend him as a technician and Steve’s plumbing for their ability to dispatch quickly!!

We originally called because our garbage disposal and one other drain were backed up. They pointed out issues with our water heater and ended up replacing that as well. They showed up on time and did a great job. They were considerate and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend using their services.

Gouging for money..
We called them multiple times to do jobs abd then all of a sudden they sky rocketed their prices. Apart from being pushey with scheduling. They also have issues with their communication between call center and technicians. I had an emergency on a holiday, I knew it would be costly. When I had asked about the extra fees, 2 seperate call reps reassured me their wouldnt be any extra fees. When the workers got their they tried to charged the holiday fees, as I originally thought. Then even after the holiday they still sent the same quote. Over $700 to install a toilet that would take me 15 minutes to do myself.. Get over yourselfs. Even if it was half that price, its still to much for an installation. There are to many companies out here for you to try this kind of extortion malarkey.😂

Daniel Benitez was very professional & informative. I cannot express just how much of a blessing this man is to Steve’s Plumbing. He did very clean and spotless work. He made me feel as if he was doing the job for a family member. I have always gotten good work from the people sent out from Steve’s, but this person was the best! Service and expertise were so appreciated. Travis did the job assigned he was courteous friendly arrived on time and finished earlier than predicted. He gave me some good advice on another plumbing issue I am so pleased with the response from this company I will RECOMMEND Steve’s Plumbing to my friends. We always need a good plumber and the service was very reasonable. I’m impressed. Great job!!

First the technician told us that he was only going to do an estimate cost for the work. Then he said, his truck was a “loaner” and did not have supplies, then, he told us by chance he had the 2 parts to fix the toilet. The estimate was over $700. He replaced the 2 parts neither toilets were fixed (one continued to run and the other continued a loud sound). We ended up bringing heavily involved in problem solving and helped to fix the issue by cleaning out soot that was partially occluding the seal.

Steve’s Plumbing is the best! We just had some fairly major work done by them, and couldn’t be happier. We’ve never met Steve, but we think he’s brilliant. Because he hires only the best, most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable people. Technicians like Ryan and Zachary, who replaced some exterior sewage pipe, and a leaky pressure regulator line for us. These guys are really, really good at what they do. They do what they say they will do, they do it at the price they tell you, and they leave the job site clean.
