I can not say enough good things about R&R Heating and Air. I just called to schedule a service call because my furnace went out. They saved me the cost of a visit when I explained what was wrong and was told to first check the batteries in the thermostat. I did and that fixed it.

Last Fall they quickly repaired the furnace itself at an affordable price, rather than just sell me new parts. I highly recommend them, you will not find a more honest and competent company.

As a Realtor in Woodstock, having good service companies available to you whom are efficient, professional and talented at their profession is critical to your success. The team at R&R are just that. On my first experience with R&R, I phoned on a hot July Monday afternoon at 4:30pm, to request an urgent analysis, service and repairs the next morning at 8am.

The team arrived on time and commenced work, providing a very efficient service which delighted the owner / seller and future buyers.

I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will be using them for sure in the future with other clients in the midst of selling or buying homes!

After researching for HVAC company, found Steve. He responded immediately to my inquiring and came out to do an estimate within a couple of days. Was very informative and answered all our questions. While we had to wait a couple of months to replace our system, when we contacted Steve he came out immediately and within two days was here with his crew. They did a wonderful job and were great about cleaning up and taking old equipment. Price was very reasonable and all the crew were very knowledgeable and respectful. Can't say enough good things. Steve made this a pleasant and painless process. Thanks R&R Heating!!

Called on R&R to replace one of my AC units that died in mid-July. They were able to come out the next day and installed a new Rheem unit for half the price of a larger HVAC company. Their work was outstanding and they even came out to make a minor adjustment to the unit at no cost or inconvenience to me. I would highly recommend them.

Great group of installers. Air conditioner replaced and running in less than 2 hours! Price was hundreds less than the competition for the same service. Handled our replacement air conditioning with a minimum of disruption. Did the job and left. Cleaned up everything as they left. You could spend a lot more and get a lot less from the big companies. Save money and time by calling these guys first because no one will beat them.

Steve and his crew run a tight ship. Always punctual, super flexible, and about the friendliest people you can work with. From the owner down the the very last installer, it's been a pleasure working with their team. Can't wait to start the next job with them.

I loved R & R Heating & Air. The owner, Steve, was very responsive to my request for help and was very patient answering all my questions about my new HVAC system. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and he didn't try to upsell me a unit that wasn't necessary. He was much less expensive than the other quote I got. His crew was kind and courtious. Steve even came over and worked along side his crew to install the new system. I highly recommend them.

I had these guys come out and install a new Ecobee 4 Smart Thermostat because, well, I didn’t want to blow my new house up. R & R showed up a little early which was a welcome surprise and they got the job done. Steve and his crew are professional and I will be using them again.

The price was the same as the estimate. Installation was very professional, show up when they said they would. I am very happy with the results. it was a pleasure, to have Steve, and his crew .install the mini splits. I would use them again, and I would also recommend them to other people. DM
