R & R Heating and Air

We have used R&R many times. We called them while on vacation because our A/C was out and they got it all fix before we even came home.

I first spoke with Steve back in July of 2016 when our 13-year-old (builder installed) AC unit stopped working. It was over 90° in our house and the only one that was thrilled with the inside temperature was our hairless cat, Sméagol, who thinks anything over 90° is perfect! Steve was prompt in responding and within a few days, we had a new working AC unit. We had an issue with our unit after a storm (probably an electrical surge) about a year after it was installed. Thankfully it was still under warranty and Steve helped us get the part from the company and installed it. Several years later, we added an addition to our home and we had Steve instal the AC for that as well. Steve is the owner of the company and oversaw all the communication and did all the work himself. Steve is a seasoned professional, who is experienced in this industry and knows all the options available. He will take the time and talk through what your options are. He is prompt, and will stand behind his work. Our 2016 unit that he installed is still going strong! I would highly recommend him!

R&R Heating & Air are the best! They are honest, straightforward, and truly helpful. Saved me hundreds of dollars on a major repair three years ago by discovering the warranty was still active. They have done checks on the heating in the Fall and AC checks in the Spring. Always my first call if needing Heating or AC help!

Quickly diagnosed and replaced my compressor, fan and coil unit out back. The cost came in lower than them big companies and installed the same equipment, Rheem. Very responsive owner. I spoke with him several times to go over my options which is unheard of these days.
