I have used R&R several times for my home as well as rental properties. Ben and his guys are always on time and very professional. There is never any surprise charges and their work is excellent. They have done everything from fixing a single duct to installing a whole new system and I have been happy every time.

R&R has been amazing to work with over the last 8 years. They are very professional. Their pricing is very fair and they are transparent and honest. Best of all there are no surprises during the process. They put in an entire HVAC system for me and have been out service the units as needed. Very good guys all around.

R&R Heating installed a Trane system in my home about 5 years ago and it's been working faultlessly ever since. I went with them because they are knowledgeable and their pricing was so much more reasonable than the big A/C dealers. There's been a few times when a power interrupt tripped an error code over the years. Steve has always been quick with support and most times we've solve the issue over the phone. I highly recommend them based on their work and service.

We called for repair on our furnace. They came out and took care of the issue very quickly. As we have come to expect from many other companies, we were expecting to be 'upsold' to needing something more than what we really did. To our happy surprise, this did not happen. The needed repair was made and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend

Steve and his crew came out immediately and installed 3 Hvac units on a new build for us. They worked quickly and finished on time. I especially love it when contractors clean up after their selves. They were all very polite and attentive. Highly recommend.

We have called R&R a couple times over the last 5 - 7 , or so, years. The company that originally installed our HVAC , 12 years ago , went out of business and R&R came to the rescue when we needed help! From the moment the R&R tech(s) drove up, I knew I was in good hands. They listened to our problem, got to work diagnosing, kept us informed, and efficiently made the repairs at very reasonable rates! R&R will continue to be the company I call!

They set up an appointment quickly after my first call. On time for the inspection. On time and fast for the install. They took care when crossing the brand new carpeting in the basement where the utility room is located. My experience was great, just like it was back in 2018 when they installed a heating/AC system at my prior home.

These are my "go-to" guys. I used their service shortly after arriving in Woodstock, and I liked how professional and personable they were. Years later when I had an AC unit go bad, I sorted through hundreds of emails because I couldn't remember the name anymore but wanted to make sure they were the ones I hired to replace the unit. Great service, price and quality!

Steve did a great job explaining the scope of the work and defining the recommendation on how to proceed. They did a great job for a good price and I was completely satisfied with their service. Will use them again!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner provides a small company feel with his responsiveness and in fair pricing. The companies capabilities are far greater than a small company. The technicians that work with him are professional, clean-cut, knowledgeable‘s, and courteous. Many times throughout the years I have called Steve asking for “favors“ during the heat of the summer to come out and fix my HVAC system. He has never failed me. He has also been responsive in giving quotes for my home purchases to give me a panoramic view of my upcoming costs. I truly appreciate this company and would recommend them several times over.
