Ben was quick and friendly. The price for the service was very reasonable and I will definitely be using them again.

Have used R&R for over 5 years now, Had an issue last fall and they we're here the very day that I called. Use them regularly for my system maintenance - they always call ahead and complete the task in a timely manner.

I wouldn't call anyone other than R & R for any air conditioner or furnace problem. Last October, my furnace would not go on but I could smelled gas. I called R&R, they came to my home within the hour and took care of the problem.
R & R also got my AC up and running within 24 hours last July during the heat wave when many complained of having to wait days for service.

The team was great. We were having issues with the ac not blowing cold air. They clearly laid out the issues and choices for us to fix the issue. Friendly people with honest and upfront pricing

We had a contract on our house and needed our outside units leveled. R&R was able to come out and give us a quote and fix our problem very quickly and I was very satisfied with the service.

Prompt response to my service call. Steve came and replaced the furnace pump in the basement. A few hours later it was leaking again and he came out right away and uncoiled the drain hose in the ceiling which was causing water to not drain outside. Overall, good experience.
