Sergio and Juan came to my house and put in a tankless water heater in my garage. They got right to work, worked together really well to get it done and made sure that everything was done right and safe. Super service!

Lionel was our fireplace technician. What a breath of fresh air! Lionel is courteous, thoughtful, competent and a great communicator. Simply exceptional customer service. Lionel has a truly authentic way about him and because he is so conscientious, we were comfortable having Lionel in our home on two separate occasions during COVID. He even followed up to make certain our fireplace was working a day or so after he made his service call. He wanted to be sure we could enjoy our fireplace for the holidays. Wow! Lionel is truly one in a million with regard to his commitment to his customer. Thanks Bolton and Lionel!

Ross was fantastic - helping to choose a new system when our heating went out, explaining options, and spending almost 12 hours on a weekend installing the new compressor/air handling unit. He and Philip were incredibly professional, cleaned up extensively, and took time to go over the installation. Very pleased with JR Bolton!

Service Technician Dakota did an awesome job in figuring out my heating issues with my Rinnai tankless water heater. He figured out my pipe in the attic is broken and because of that the insulation got in to my water heater and clogged the fan and the burner resulting in blockage. Through out the process he was very patient and answered all my questions. I have added their maintenance plan for my water heater, heating and cooling. Job well done by Dakota & JR Bolton.

Johnathan was my technician and he made our experience great by being on time and his thoroughness with answering our questions. He is a true professional. Bryce did a fantastic job inspecting my fireplace to make sure it was in working order. Very thorough and provided great insight on the best way for me to use it, maintain it and when it would be best to call in a professional. Definitely will use Bolton again.
