Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling

Based on positive reviews we decided to use Aaron to replace our 12 year old 50 gallon water tank. When I booked the appointment I suggested we upgrade to a 75 gallon tank to help minimize the amount of times we would run out of hot water. Since I'm not a plumber, I didn't realize that going with a larger tank would require our supply lines to be upgraded which would require 6 large holes to be cut into our basement ceiling - I was in the hospital when the plumber called to let me know that changing the supply lines would require 1 or 2 small holes and at that point as the expert he should have strongly recommended we just go with a new 50 gallon tank that would have been plug and play with no cuts in our ceiling. Since 2 guys were on site for most of the day we ended up being charged $5100 which is 2x what I expected to pay and I now need to hire a painter to come and patch 6 large holes in our ceiling and repaint the ceiling. To think that leaving our basement in our $1.5 million home in this condition was acceptable is beyond comprehension. As the expert, the technician should of insisted the more cost-effective solution and installed a new 50 gallon tank rather than going the route that cost more money and chopped up our ceiling. This has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience we've ever had with a contractor.

We had some plumbing leak concerns, so I went online to find plumbers near me and settled on Aaron Plumbing as my first choice. They were able to send someone out immediately, texting me a picture and name before he arrived (on time). Gabe Jimenez quickly diagnosed our issue, took time out to explain exactly how the mechanism was supposed to operate and made the repair. He also added a needed cut off valve that was missing. I was so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and integrity that I scheduled him the following day to replace our 2 aging hot water heaters. He did a phenomenal job, the copper pipe work was impeccable with such attention to detail. He and Ernesto tidied everything when they finished and now our water is the perfect temp! I feel so lucky to have gotten it right the first time by calling Aaron Plumbing. I will be requesting Gabe for all of our future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company. Joanie Grant

I realized I had a leak and had no idea who to call. A friend recommended Aaron Plumbing and am I glad they did. From the first phone call (just Thursday last week) this company has been amazing. Gabe came out the same day and gave me a quote on repairing or replacing - with no pressure. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Today (Tuesday) he came and replaced my water line, as well as making the cut off valve much more accessible. The entire crew was on time, friendly, competent, and careful. Hope to never have another problem, but if I do I know I can count on Gabe and Aaron Plumbing. This number will go in my phone - so happy to not have to wonder who to call for plumbing any more! Highly recommend!

Matthew was amazing and so very professional! It was nice to feel comfortable and safe while being home alone while installation was being performed. Aaron’s plumbing was very responsive and has amazing customer service, one that you just don’t find these days.

Nate our technician was awesome! Explained all of the options for fixing up our long overdue water heater replacement and gave some decent prices. Ended up going with a tankless system which Nate installed next day. Everything has been working great and the work was done days after first talking to someone on the phone!

Dillon arrived within about 30 minutes of placing our service call for a repair quote. He gave us a repair and a replace quote. He was able to repair the issue so we were thrilled. Loved that we got a text with his photo along with a link to track his arrival to the house. This is great idea especially since I have dogs. Will definitely use Aaron again. Thanks Dillon!

I called Aaron Plumbing on Monday April 24 regarding a main sewer problem I was having. They dispatched Aaron Morris, Project Technician that came out the same day.

Aaron was very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He even educated me on the layout and design of my sewer system. He was very patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. He was upfront with the pricing and what I could expect if I choose to get the work done.

On Thursday, April 27 a Pipe Layer crew came out to do the job. At that time I met Barry with Aaron Plumbing, who kept things moving and was pleasant to work with. It was comforting to know that the Pipe Layer crew had years of experience. They dug underground about eleven feet and replaced a broken sewer pipe. There was minimal damage to my yard.

Aaron and Barry went an extra mile to removed debris and dirt off the driveway after the work was completed.

I am a satisfied customer and would definitely use Aaron Plumbing again. I would also highly recommend to others.

I will be happy to give a follow-up review within 12- months and beyond.

Aaron Plumbing Heating & Cooling is the best all around! We used them to have our tankless water heater condensation part fixed and also had them to a put in a new wax ring and flange on our bathroom toilet. We got the most wonderful plumber, by the name of Riley Williams. He was absolutely the most friendliest and most personable and professional person that I've come in contact in a long time. Gabe came out and provided a service installing a hose bibb. During his visit, Gabe noticed we did not have a shut off underneath the sink and he was able to install one during his visit. Gabe was great allowing us time for the kids to use the facilities before he shut the water off and his repair was finished in a timely manner. Thanks Gabe and Aaron Services for getting an awesome tech to come out same day and got us taken care of!

Aaron is very responsive and dispatched the technician the same day I called. Gabe Jimenez arrived on time, very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problems and fixed them quickly. The work result was impeccable. We are pleased with the result. I will call this company again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
