J. Scott Service Company

For those looking for a good HVAC company with reasonable rates and reliable service, I highly recommend J Scott Service Company! I am in property management and have been using them for a while now and found theirs rates competitive and reasonable. They come when they say and do the job right the first time. Trey and and his father are personable and friendly.

If your looking for a reliable, on time, and respectful team Trey and Scott are the best. I have used them for over 20 years and they have always given me honest service and great quotes. I'll definitely call on them again.

It is for good reason that you see 5 stars review for this company. They are really a TOP SHELF organization. I have had the opportunity to work with them on 2 different occassions - first time was in July during one of the HOTTEST weeks in Georgia in the past several years and my AC totally went out. When we called them, the very next day the owner of the company personally came out and did the initial service call to assess my unit. It was shot and had to be replaced. Within 48 hours he had a crew out to my home with all the equipment. They changed out the unit and it was All Good!!

Unfortunately less than six months later on the coldest days recorded within the past 10 years the heat went out on this brand newly installed unit - did I mention it was the day before Xmas Eve? Needlees to say it was a catastrophe - to have your heat go out while we were having the worst cold snap in over a decade. But within 24 hours after reaching out to these guys they were sitting in my driveway. We were not home because I had went out to buy space heaters (due to the temps in my home and didn't have any idea when they would get to us). The Technician Trae called me and let me know that he was there at my house (and needless to say had a full day of service appointments). But, inspite of that he was understanding enough to give me some time to get back to the house where I found him patiently waiting in my driveway. He came in and immediatly went to work on finding and fixing the problem.

My profession is a REALTOR so I can say with a certain level of authority that their type of service makes J Scott Service Company a TOP SHELF Organization. Trust me in dealing with my clients I have come across some real bad companies and contractors, Some of them really Big Names with Huge Market Recognition - that I have seen provide very poor service that is overpriced and the customers have been made to feel that the HVAC company was doing them a favor (during a most vulnerable time) as opposed to earning their business.

In conclusion - I will say that as a RE Professional I rarely stick my neck out to recommend any of the many vendors and contractors that I have come across in my dealing but, when a company earns a shout out through their business practices and work ethics - I will shout their names from the highest mountain. "J SCOTT SERVICE"

Scott and his crew were amazing. They got here quick and fixed our A.C. before we burned up. They are not only professional but are really good and nice people. Hope we never need repairs again but Scott is the only one we'd ever call. Thank ya'll Scott.

Had an amazing experience with J Scott Services, specifically Trey, when our AC went out. Showed up 5 minutes before the appointment (which has never happened anywhere else), and he had identified the issue, pulled and replaced the parts (3 to be exact), and had a functional AC, all within an hour. Extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and incredibly punctual. While I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling. Highly recommend.

Trey Weaver from J. Scott Service Company just left our house after servicing our AC. First of all, he came the same day we called! He was super professional, clearly knowledgeable, and friendly! And for just $185 to replace a capacitor and clean our condenser coil, we're back in in business! He said whoever told us we had a coolant leak and would have to replace our entire system was pulling our leg. We're so grateful for the excellent referral from our friend Michelle at Gunter Automotive!

i called at least 8 companies in the area before being recommended to Trey Weaver. All I can say is Thank Goodness I didnt settle. Trey is a rockstar. He came to my house SAME DAY of calling and was happy to assess my problem. He was very honest and had my issue fixed within a matter of minutes. Save yourself the headache and use Trey and his team at J Scott! I cant thank them enough! He had recommendations for us and I will definitely be using them to replace my unit when needed. 100%

I know everyone claims to have "the best" air guy, but I can promise you that you will not be disappointed with these guys. They replaced our furnace in the winter within 24 hours of us calling them and replaced our upstairs AC last week. They were less than the competitors, honest, knowledgeable and FAST! I will recommend them to anyone that needs air.

Trey was incredibly accommodating, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Air conditioning unit went out in the dead heat of the GA summer with three young children. Trey literally came out same day and fixed it! Cannot rave enough about how positive and easy this otherwise incredibly stressful situation was handled by J Scott Service Co.
