Samson Heating and Air LLC

Samson Heating and Air is was great. I did quite a lot of research before I went with Samson to diagnose and replace my AC unit and evaporator coil. Through my research I was able to determine that their quality of work would be up there, but I didn't expect their prices to be so reasonable. The inspection fee was very reasonable and the unit itself, for the time of year, labor required, and quality of unit was reasonable as well.

Both Chad and Drew came out to install the new unit. They were both very polite and professional, working very hard throughout the entire process. Once done they were very descriptive in how to use the new wifi thermostat they installed as well as all the work they did. They even showed me everything they worked on and how to change the air filter in it's new location.

Long story short, I did my research and it paid off. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work by both Chad and Drew and the low prices of Samson Heating and Air. Being someone who doesn't skimp on quality, I will absolutely be using Samson for all of my future HVAC needs.

Another great experience from Chad English in fixing the basement AC. These are my go to guys for servicing. Really like their responsiveness and assessment of the system.

Great customer service from these guys. Really like their work. Drew did a great install for a new furnace and just had Chad replace coolant to AC. Both guys are really great and friendly. They will always be my go-to guys for HVAC service.

Chad arrive on time and also give me a call prior before he arrived. He is very polite and friendly, give me lots of useful suggestions and recommendations about my old Air condition system. Give me lots ideas how to maintain the system. I highly recommended Chad, and I will keep hiring him as my AC maintain technician in the future.

Drew is always quick and professional, and just is a good guy. I've had problems with my furnace the last two Winters, and he came the next day each time and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Chad waited for me from 9:05 until 9:25 when I showed up for our 9:15 appointment. He listened to my concerns and agenda and quickly when to work on the diagnosis. Chad presented me with a prioritized list of issues and explained the cause, remedy and cost for each. He was very respectful of our property both inside and out. Top notch on all phases of our experience.

Chad came for the appointment at the designated time, was very polite, and very thorough. He even gave me tips about setting the a/c to help prevent moisture in the house. We'll definitely use them again!

Although HVAC work is never a convenience, Samson Heating and Air made this is much easier process than I expected. Leon and Randy repaired/replaced the screens on our deck and replaced and painted the damaged mullion's by our front door with PVC. They were very polite and extremely hard workers. They carefully explained everything once done. I highly recommend this team for your handyman projects.
