Ron came out and was very professional, helpful, and explained the everything he was doing in great detail. He even looked to give me proactive tips to help me on the future. I’m really pleased with my service and will ALWAYS choose this company over the competitor that recently came out.

Tony was great to work with and Keith was top notch as far as replacing my heater and air conditioner. Fair price and great terms. I have one year no payments or interest. At the end of one year I can start making payments or pay it off.
If you need expensive repairs, have an old system can’t afford a the repairs right now, just do as I did, have your old system replaced with a more energy efficient system and pay later.

I would say we were lucky that I found Comfort heroes.

His all the questionnaire was appropriate and relevant to propose and determine the type of system we need like the comfortable temperature that I preferred during summer and winter, either me or my family is allergic to pollen, any sinus conditions, any respiratory conditions etc.

They have amazing customer service, superb work ethics, and were very prompt I would recommend this company.

I requested a routine tune-up service in preparation for the approaching warm months. The crew delivered an absolutely fabulous service that far exceeded my expectations. Their professional demeanor as well as technical knowledge were of the highest standards that I have encountered. Tony, the business owner, is very articulate in explaining the workings of the heat pump system and how the crew would proceed with the work required. Most important, he is very candid and straightforward with the expenses involved. In sum, I received the best service for the least amount of money I spent in the past three years.

On a Saturday late afternoon, our A/C went out. The technician came out and was very thorough and very honest with us. He gave me a good feeling, you know someone that can be trusted. He fixed our unit that afternoon! I would and will highly recommend this company!!

The Climate Heroes staff did an excellent job from the beginning of our interaction to the end. I called on Thursday about my AC not blowing cold and they came out the next day to diagnose the problem. I also used them to replace my entire HVAC system and they did a great job. They were responsive to ALL my questions, professional, punctual, and kind. Would definitely use them again!!

I was lucky that I found this company online. They have amazing customer service, superb work ethics, and were very prompt (all of which seem to be dwindling in other companies now a days). My house was built in 2001, and the new heating system was not compatible, but the company didn’t leave me hanging and went an extra mile to get more parts to get the job done super satisfactorily without losing speed or quality. I would recommend this company as they had immense knowledge and knew what they were doing. They had a smiling face from the beginning to the end. Please do give them a chance, as you won’t regret it. I recommended them to my family who were also very very pleased!!

My A/C wasn't working so I called Climate Heroes and I'm glad I did. Cesar was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my A/C problem in like 15min. I definitely will be calling Climate Heroes if I have any other issues.
