Lionel was Very Professional in explaining how he to go about determining the root cause of my gas fireplace leak. Kept me updated as he progressed up to and including the repair and completion. Very transparent with repair costs. I was so impressed that I immediately signed up the annual service and ask for a plumbing referral. I would Hire Lionel!!

Very professional, cleaned up, prompt, good communication, good quality work. Gas fireplace enclosure repaired after damage due to lightning power surge. Also external gas light replaced that was damaged by storm.

I have been a very longstanding customer - probably back to 2005 perhaps. Have bought new units for two different homes as well as had repair work done as well as ongoing service agreements for maintenance. All was well until recently when the tech came out for the winter tune-up and filter replacement. Seemingly it went fine but sadly it did not. Because we had lots of construction, I opt to change the filters much more frequently to ensure that residual dust isn't an issue in the home. Plus we recently got a dog so also trying to ensure the filters do more work than the vacuum! Anyway, we were suffering from far more allergy symptoms than normal so I went to change the filters for myself approximately 7 weeks after the tech. And to my shock & surprise I removed a filter from one unit that was only 16x20 when the unit calls for (and he had removed) a 16x25 size. So for almost 2 months we had the upstairs unit with only 75% filtering capacity. NO wonder dust & allergies were such a struggle. When I brought this to the company's attention and asked for a refund of the service call and some sort of discount for effectively a failed job by a trained tech who removed one size filter and replaced it with something 3/4 of the size. All I was offered (by the Manager) was $10 off for the cost of the filter. PATHETIC. I have ended my business with them as they cannot better take care of someone that has done business with them for more than 15 years and spent almost $20,000 with them.

New water heater installed on day of evaluation! Couldn't be more pleased. Sergio and JR were a team of power!! Everything promised on/before time needed. Will always call Bolton! Provided top notch service and updated my systems to the best service contract. Thanks again!!!

We’re so impressed with the professional and expertise of our installer, Lionel. The entire process from Bolton Heating Air & Fireplace was great but having Lionel in our home and walk us through our gas log insert was exacting what we needed. Thanks Lionel for your help. You were great.

I had a wonderful experience. My technician Lynol was extremely professional and did a wonderful job fixing my gas fire place! I will for sure be using him for other jobs at my other houses in the future;)

We have used A1 for our HVAC since 2002 and continued with them after they were acquired by Bolton. This is the 2nd time in 2 months we've used their plumbing services. Sergio was on time, professional, and did a steller job - last time replacing our hot water tanks and this time re-plumbing a shower.

We kind of had a pretty good experience overall, can’t even say I wouldn’t use them again for certain.

What rubbed me the wrong way, after going to the showroom and selecting out fireplace with out the door pricing, during installation we were clipped an extra $85 so they could rattle can the interior of our fireplace or paint it black.

I’m not going to have them install it and then remove it so I can paint it with my own $11 can of spray paint, BUT would have been something to mention at the time of purchase IMHO. I would have done it myself in advance of installation……

Just feels like a little shake down a the time of installation which always leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Next time, I guess I’ll just have to ask more questions……
