Called J.R. Bolton on a Tuesday and they came out the next day. Very quick service.

Al did a great job servicing my gas fireplace. We have not had it serviced since we moved into our home over a year ago so it needed a good cleaning and the logs needed to be reset.

Al was able to walk me through the process and why he was doing certain things. He is a top notch technician!

I had a scheduled semi-annual service appointment for my HV/AC this week. The first technician made an error in the system wiring, which cut off AC in our bedrooms and affected the function of our thermostats. I contacted Bolton and they send another technician who corrected the errors. I've been a JR Bolton customer for 15 years and have always appreciated their service. Despite the initial error, they were very responsive and professional. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that matters in the end! My rating is 4-stars due to the initial error. Otherwise, it would be 5-stars.

We had a fireplace door replaced and worked with Scot G (sales). His attitude was professional initially, but definitely faded as we moved forward. He did not have the best attitude and communication and had the nerve to dismiss our sense of urgency with the timeliness of the project. Although the workmanship and installation of the project was completed and looked great. His seemingly unconcerned attitude and lack of communication stole the thunder and enthusiasm from my wife and I with the entire project of replacing and upgrading our fireplace and mantle. After the job was completed, we were going to purchase and have gas logs replaced. He never followed up and we took our business elsewhere.

Didn't know anything about our gas fireplace. Chris took the time to explain in detail how it worked and why it needs periodic cleaning and service. After the unit was disassembled, cleaned and adjusted the fire was more complete and looked excellent. Chris did an great job and we're happy we called J.R. Bolton. Highly recommend this company and this technician.

J.R. Bolton provided top notch, same day service on a gas line installation for an outdoor fireplace. Dario is extremely knowledgeable and was even able to install my gas logs. The price was fair and everything was completed the same day. I was skeptical about the service call fee at first, but after reading their reviews I decided to give them a shot. I will be calling them for future services. They offer so many different services that I wasn't even aware of. I am glad I found this company.

I had an issue with a water heater that was recently purchased. JR Bolton sent out a technician (Angel) and had him knock out the job in under two hours. Prompt, professional, courteous. Came in, evaluated the situation, identified the issue and corrected the problem. Just as it should be. Thank you Angel and JR Bolton. good job!

Chris B. was my service technician. He was no nonsense, and got right to the task at hand. Chris was courteous and professional. He spent the extra time to listen to my concerns and made sure he addressed them before leaving. Chris had a list of potential improvements to the system, but was not pushy when I said I wasn't interested. I have been using J.R. Bolton for years and based on my continued good experiences will continue for many more!

After having an energy evaluation performed for a humid first floor and a stuffy bonus master bedroom, Trey Chesser provided key recommendations to remedy my complaints. Over the last three days, Kevin Murrell and Bret Clark sealed my attic, installed a return in the master, insulated the attic space behind knee high walls, and Aerosealed both duct systems in the house. Their hard work combined with quality products have left my house tremendously more comfortable and energy efficient. Both installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will gladly recommend Kevin, Bret, and J.R. Bolton Services for home comfort improvements. Their work is truly stellar! Thank you!

Al Esparza came out to perform maintenance on my AC systems. I appreciate the thoroughness of the inspections and other services included that many other companies don’t offer in their maintenance agreements such as coil cleaning and condensate line cleaning. He also explained the tests he ran on the systems and what the results meant. From there, he gave me multiple options for additional service he recommended beyond the standard maintenance agreement. He performed all of the work I agreed to in a timely manner. Al was friendly, professional, and courteous. I’m so glad I decided to go with J.R. Bolton again for routine AC maintenance!

I can’t say enough great things about J.R. Bolton, from the customer service to the installation service. Their price quotes beat anyone else I called for running a new gas line to my fireplace and the work Dario performed was so meticulous that it was as if he was working on his own home. I would definitely use their services again should I need them.

Charles installed an additional return duct as part of a plan to improve the indoor air quality of my townhouse. The installation was completed as scheduled with great attention to detail and quality. He took the time to educate me about several aspects of my HVAC system, especially as it relates to the air quality. After interacting with several people in the company it is my impression that they have high standards of service.
