Lionel came to our home to check out our gas logs as we could smell gas when lightning our logs. He was extremely professional and went over and beyond to find our problem. He cleaned out and replace our logs. When he finished, they looked brand new. Best of all he fixed our gas leak! Will definitely call Bolton again and recommend this company to everyone. Thanks for a job well done Lionel and Bolton.

We have hired Bolton for a maintenance contract at our home. Overall, the on-site service was great. Efficient, well priced, clean and reliable. Unfortunately the office staff is different. We requested a repair that the technician recommended, but had to schedule to return later (Had service in July, scheduled to return in August). The technician said we don’t pay for the repair upfront, we pay when he comes. He came and left (again, great service), stating that we had a card on file and they can just run that. I got a call from the office a few days later stating that we had not paid. At this point it had only been 3 days including a weekend. I told them to run the card, but they needed verification of the card so I needed my wife to call. The call to me was after hours, so when my wife tried to call back it just went to voicemail, so we had to wait. The next morning I got an early call from the office rather aggressively telling me that I told them my wife would call, and that she hadn’t. They stated that we absolutely needed to pay and it’s been since July so we were very overdue. When I explained that the call was at 5:30 the previous evening, there was a long hesitation and pause before the office staff simply replied with “oh, ok so can I run the card?” then finished the call.

Overall a good company but it’s obvious their office staff can’t keep track of basic things like payment. So be prepared to get a call saying you’re overdue by a month and you lied to them, even if it has only been 15 hours.

My service Professional- Loniel Farmington was very professional, attentive to details, he made sure my fireplace was correctly and thoroughly serviced and cared for. He also educated me on the fireplace and informed me of features of my fireplace that I never told about for other servicemen. Loniel is customer focus, friendly, provides highest quality of service and goes above and beyond.

Lionel was the technician that installed our firewood logs. He was very professional and communicated very well about everything he was doing. He also wanted to make sure we understood what to do before he left.
