Byrd routine maintenance service performed today by technician Eric. Very thorough, professional and personable. No issues with either of the two units which I attribute to the twice per year maintenance service plan offered by Byrd. Worth every dollar. Byrd has been my HVAC service company at two homes here in Savannah over the last 4 years. Always a positive experience.

Excellent service. Starting with scheduling your appt to the service technician. Mr. James came out on my first service call and just a very nice person and very prompt. We have been in Savannah for about two years and have been using Byrd Heating and Air Conditioning for the entire time. They always come on time, are very professional, clean and know exactly how to finish the job efficiently. In addition to semiannual checks of our heating and air conditioning system, we have used them on emergency basis. They got here in less than an hour and took care of the problem. Also, the people in the office on the phone are very fast, helpful and efficient.

My wife and I have been doing business with Byrd HVAC for almost a decade. As a company they answer the phone right away and the voice on the other end is business-like, courteous, respectful, and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. The service manager is especially helpful and has never let me down. In 10-years, we have had two emergencies, both times the service manager had a tech(s) at our house in less than an hour. Most of the service techs have been with Byrd for over 15-years and are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. As long as Byrd HVAC keeps doing what they're doing, we'll be one of their customers.

I like to say Byrd’s Heating And Air really believes in quality work and customer satisfaction. I had issue with my home warranty company and they step right in and resolve my problem the same day when my warranty company gave me the run around for days. To the lady in the warranty department and the two guys who came out and fix my problem I applaud you for all your help and making sure I was satisfied.

A fantastic and speedy experience! My AC went out and with two young kids profusely sweating, I was beginning to panic. I received a return call and a kind technician by the name of Josh came at night to ensure a pleasant nights sleep. He quickly diagnosed the problem before I knew it cool air was blowing. I highly recommend this company; great service at a very reasonable price(even after hours).
