Thank you, Byrd Heating and Air. Your service is great. Your folks show up on time! You were very prompt when I had an air conditioning emergency. The maintenance service is thorough and everything is clearly explained. I am reassured that everything will be in proper working order at my house.

The Tech was on time, and used cloth over shoes to keep from dirtying the flooring. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he would be doing and did a recap at the end of the job. I was very happy with the service call and would recommend Byrd Heating & Air to others.

It was a hot Sunday morning in August and our A/C unit wouldn't turn on. Fearing the worst, I called Byrd and they sent James to the rescue. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem and fix it within the hour. What a relief. I had used another company for the past 5 years, but their " 24 hour service" turned out to be false advertising. Byrd just earned a new loyal customer. Thank you James and Byrd Heating and Air!!!

It's been quite a couple of weeks with Byrd! From my initial service call to fixing one problem and then discovering another, I feel like I've had the opportunity to meet everyone on the team! I knew we were living on a prayer with our 17 year old unit and the crew at Byrd did everything they could to triage and try to help us limp along. In the end, it made more sense to go with a new HVAC. I really appreciate both Sam and Don taking extra time to explain the pros and cons, provide quotes and then have the office follow up with more information. Today, multiple people were here on time (as promised) to tackle the extremely challenging task of an install in a historic downtown home that involved bringing the crane, several people on the roof and in and out of the house. The team handled it professionally and politely and were extremely thorough. They took the time to walk us through the new digital panel and explain the difference in the unit. An excellent experience and I completely recommend -- especially for the Historic Landmark District.

We had a bad storm and my display box was locked after me trying to get it to stop blanking. I called for assistance through the call center and the gentleman took my information - within 5 minutes the technician on duty called and try to walk me through the unlock process it did not work for me. The technician was at my home within 30 minutes to ensure my system was up and running. Since I have moved in I can truly say the service I received was beyond my expectation. Thank you!

We called Byrd Heating and Air on a holiday and although it was a little of wait, it was worth it. I described what the system was doing and the technician was able to identify the problem, offer a solution, and fix it in less than an hour.
