Brandon has been servicing my unit for several years now. Always great, professional, and on time! Recently experienced a problem with my unit. They got me on the schedule the same day I called in and parts to fix on the very next day! He literally spent all the time I needed answering a million questions I had. He never once rushed me. He was patient and extremely thorough! I have never felt taken advantage of or ripped off at all! Thank you Brandon & Byrd!

Below are more details related to my specific situation.
Our A/C system didn't feel like it was working very well the last few weeks. Yes I know it's hot outside, but still, something felt wrong, especially when I was consistently measuring a 11-12 degree difference between the air return and all the registers. A quick Google search suggested properly functioning A/C systems should see ~16-20 degree difference.
I called the company that actually installed the system when the house was built, and they said that they wouldn't come out if the air felt cool coming out of the ducts. Well, thanks for nothing.
After that, I called Byrd and everyone I have talked to or worked with since has been awesome! Everyone I spoke to on the phone were always nice, and the three technicians who came to the house were very professional and knowledgeable. Long story short, something was definitely wrong with our system, and it was discovered that the coil was freezing up this whole time! A big thanks to Eric for coming out to diagnose the issue, and a HUGE thanks to Justin and James who spent a lot of hours at the house with me troubleshooting the atypical issues our system was experiencing.
To whoever may read this from Byrd, I sincerely appreciate the pricing situation that played out with this repair, considering all of the additional labor and materials our issue required after the first visit from Justin and James.
I'm very pleased with my entire experience with Byrd Heating & Air. They will be my first phone call in the future for my HVAC needs, and will be my first recommendation to others.

Love Byrd!!! They came and checked my system, which was fine, but I had a nest wiring issue. When nest customer support was unable to help, Byrd came back and fixed the issue with no additional charge. Great, fast, dependable, reasonably priced! Highly recommended.

Since we were so pleased with Byrd's service last year when they installed our AC, I called them today when the temp in our house was 75 degrees of nasty hotness. I was very surprised when the nice lady on the phone that they could get someone out today between 3 and 5pm., and even more surprised when their guy was here at 3:30 , found the problem, and replaced the part in less than an hour. It wasn't cheap, but for fast good service I don't mind spending a little money. Thank you Byrd for excellent customer service!

Contrary to the older Google reviews, I had a terrific experience with Byrd. We swapped out two older units last year with new units, and I just replaced the two other older units this month. In both instances, Matthew Chance was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, punctual, and made the whole process easy. Brandon and Travis, the installers, did a wonderful job with both the external and internal jobs. Highly recommend!

Travis, this companies technician literally and intentionally ran the price up on me for a simple repair. He tried to upsale me for a new heating system that ran for $7,800 up to $10,000 that's 16x-21x times what I paid for. I called another company that repaired not only my heating but also my AC unit for $490 total. Do not order service from this company, a complete ripoff.

My HVAC went out on a hot summer Sunday and the inside of my house was a scorching 88 degrees. I called Byrd and Don returned my call almost immediately. He showed up within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed my AC in minutes. I had a bad capacitor which luckily was under warranty. They also will return for free if there is a problem within 30 days. I have two dogs and a really busy week starting on Monday. I was really impressed with Don and his staff. I highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Byrd!
