North Point Heating and Air Conditioning

We had two units (attic and crawl space) installed 22 years ago by North Point and we have had them continuously maintain the units since then. Last week, after 22 years, the attic unit stopped cooling, so today had that unit replaced with a new one. Steve and Tony were prompt, courteous and efficient in their work. The work was all done as proposed and we are very happy to give our highest recommendations to this firm.

Installation crew was awesome - very professional. I was told they would start at 7:45 AM. They did. Tony, Steven, and Connor did an outstanding job of installing my new system - both heating and AC. They were done and had everything cleaned up by 11:45 AM. I highly recommend North Point Heating and AC.

We experienced a failure of our compressor/condenser unit. After researching companies we decided to use North Point heating and air. They did an AWESOME job they prompt and on time, professional and thorough. Up front and fair price quote, no surprises. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!!

Unfortunately, they have been bought out by Casteel, which as been by far the worst HVAC company I have ever worked with.

My air condition unit recently died and I was in search of a quality, honest, and reasonable company. I came across NPHAC and they checked all of the boxes. the entire process was a pleasure, from the initial visit from Dedric, the technician to the final installation by Tony. When I received the quote, I was a bit cautious, because their quote was so much lower than all of the others. Michael was also a huge help in stepping me through the process and explaining exactly what would be done while putting me at ease. Not to mention they were able to get my new AC installed within a week of the diagnosis. My experience was an A+.

After an extended bout with bronchitis, we had North Point Heating and Air install two Carrier air purifiers in our home. Their staff did an excellent job and our indoor air quality has improved noticeably! Highly recommend this company - great job!

It’s all true about Armando! He is a chief when it comes to HVAC! He arrived on time, was incredibly pleasant, diagnosed the problem quickly and spent time explaining how the system works with some awesome tips and advice on potential upgrades. He was also very gentle in my home. You can tell this company cares and tries to solve issues as effectively and economically as possible. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with my new HVAC folks!

Don't use anyone else! These guys are simply the best because of there honesty, integrity, value and personal care. As a small business owner I know what it means to provide good customer service and the highest quality service possible. I have owned 3 homes and they have worked in all of them. From needed maintenance and repairs, remodeling, and most recently they replaced my entire system. They truly cared about my needs and listened to what I was trying to achieve. I have 2 young children and a stay at home wife and they not only treated all of my family with care and respect, they fulfilled our wishes in fitting around our schedule. They walked me through all of my options and gave me expert advise. I have met other a.c. repair men in the past and there is no comparing them because it is night and day the quality that North Point provided me. Ever since they installed our new system we are saving between $200-$300 per month on utility bills. This blew me away! I am forever grateful for Jeff and his team and I would never use or recommend anyone else.

Tony and Steve did a great job. ON Time. Very neat - vacuumed and swept up all debris around their work. Came in a checked all the new system. We have been using Northpoint for 15-20 years and are very happy we started with them.
