North Point Heating & Air Conditioning is THE BEST heating and air service in the area. They are knowledgeable, friendly and straight shooters. Jeff was so helpful with quickly diagnosing the problem and finding an economical fix. They really do care about their customers and aren't out there to run up the bill like a lot of places. Highly recommend!

Great service! Jeff was supper informative about what he was doing and was honest in his recommendations on fixing unit. Also found very dangerous issue with furnace exhaust that was previously missed by prior hvac technician. Overall, would highly recommend and will definitely use in the future when we need to replace current systems. A+++

My AC stopped working all of a sudden last Saturday evening. I had two other companies come out early last week and neither have been able to keep it working for over 24 hours, even though both changed parts and charged for them. I got in touch with Northpoint and spoke to Michael in the office, and he was able to set up an appointment for me that worked around my schedule. Jeff came out last Thursday and was even 30 minutes early! He was able to troubleshoot the problem and give me an answer on what was happening. Jeff was very friendly and transparent while explaining everything to me. He made sure that I was involved in the process and it made me a lot more confident about the situation. The system has been working wonderfully since Northpoint came out and Jeff even called me personally the next morning to make sure things were still working. I would highly recommend Northpoint and I will definitely be coming back to them for any future issues!

Tony came to my house and I am so glad I chose to have North Point HVAC do the maintenance and services on my HVAC system! Their technician Tony was on time and very professional and took all the proper Covid safety measures and explained everything in detail to keep my system up and running! If you don’t use North Point HVAC I recommend 150% that you make the switch !

My realtor initially recommended these guys to me when I bought my house in Roswell and I can't be thankful enough for it. I could not be more happy with the service, price and work these guys did. Jeff is an awesome guy and really took care of us. Before they installed my entirely new system, my old AC went out on a Sunday morning during the blazing heat. I sent Jeff a text and he came right over and took care of it on his day off. My family and I couldn't have been more grateful. Also when the time came I had a whole new heating and cooling system installed with new ceiling saver ducts, thermostat, humidifier, etc.... Jeff offered me 3 options and the costs to install. He took the time to go over the pros and cons of each system. In the end they did great work and worked with me on getting 0% financing for the job. My new system now more than pays for itself now since my electricity bill dropped close to 70%. Again, couldn't be more happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just had Tony, Zack, and Jeff replace my HVAC systems, and I'm very pleased. To start off, Jeff came out and gave me a quote. His quote beat one of the "top rated" companies by over $2000 for the same equipment. He walked me through the process and even took some time to explain some of the nuances of the equipment installation because of the tight quarters in my attic. Tony and Zack arrived promptly this morning and both wore masks for safety. They were professional at all times. Jeff came out to assist and they all completed high quality work. Zack walked me through the new systems and described what they did to bring up the equipment to code. They kept their work areas neat and clean but also took time to sweep and vacuum where some attic insulation had fallen to the floor. I'm so glad I decided to go with this company. You have no doubt read all of the 5 star Google reviews, and you've probably seen recommendations on Nextdoor. I can see why they are rated so highly. I recommend 100%!

Yet another great service call with Jeff. Switched to North Point from a larger HVAC company a year ago when we were told that an entire AC unit needed to be replaced. North Point not only repaired what turned out to be a minor problem, but the unit continues to work just fine a year later! Courteous, professional, punctual & HONEST!!! We highly recommend North Point for all of your HVAC needs.

We used them twice now this year. They replaced one of our AC units in the spring and then just did a repair for us on the larger unit. Back story on the repair is that we had a company come out as an emergency on Sunday and say the whole system (furnace and AC unit) needed to be replaced and they quoted us $15k. I called North Point for a second opinion and turns out we could fix it for $900. Amazing the honesty you get from a small business owner vs large company. I’ll always call North Point from now on and when we do need to replace the system they will get our business.

We used N. Point Heating and Air to replace our entire HVAC system. Jeff and his crew are wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt on installation day. We can not say enough great things about them!! Thank you so much for all you have done for us.
