I had two 33-year old Carrier beer cans that I needed replaced. So knowing this would be a big expense I called about 10 companies for quotes. North Point gave the best price and was the most up front from the beginning.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the install and the professionalism North Point displayed in my home. The systems look great and the house feels great. I will be using them in the future for all my HVAC needs and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

UPDATE: Its been over a year since NP installed my units. Since that time they have come for 2 scheduled maintenance visits. Both times I have been extremely happy with the work of Armando. He explains everything to me and provides honest recommendations. He even caught a leak in my roof and notified me. Can't say enough about how happy I am with North Point. By far the best service company I have regularly working on my home!

After using a different service provider for the last 2 yrs, we decided to contact another HVAC company about repairs to our air conditioning unit. Our previous service provider gave us an estimate of almost $3900 (in which they suggested we basically replace a circuit board, dampers, and thermostats throughout our house), we decided to get a second opinion. After speaking with and getting estimates from two more HVAC repair companies, we decided to go with North Point. The decision paid off to the tune of over $3000.

After the North Point technician did a thorough check of the system, he discovered that there was a short in our outdoor unit that was causing the damage to the circuit board. After a quick repair, we were up and running and it has been working perfectly since. The repair was completed the second week of July. I waited until now to write the review because I wanted to be sure that there were no additional issues. I also have to mention that everyone from the person that took the initial call about the issue, to the technicians that completed the repair, were highly professional and very courteous! They are now going to be my first call when we need any repairs or when we ultimately have to replace our units. This may have been the best $900 I ever spent!

I have never reviewed any services before, however, felt compelled to for North Point Heating and Air because the service was incredible. Rhonda has been extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always making sure to over-communicate with everything from scheduling to invoicing etc. The service was fantastic, making sure to point out things I should be looking for for future maintenance. They will have my business as long as I remain in Atlanta.

A/C unit was purchased and installed in Feb 2021 and it ran out of Freon a few weeks ago. Upon calling for service they immediately came out and diagnosed the soldering was not done correctly during installation. Once the new valve was received they came immediately and their 2 service technicians replaced the valve and soldered in properly. The two technicians, Tony and Connor, although they were new and somewhat inexperienced they properly fixed the problem with great passion and the care. They both were superb communicators and took their time and patience to provide me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company mostly due to the customer service provided by Tony and Connor!

Steve and Tony did a great job with the recent installation of my new HVAC system. I have been a customer for many years, and Armando has provided excellent service with the repair and biannual maintenance of my HVAC systems. Jeff and Michael have also been very responsive and helpful. Great customer service all around!

I have used this company for many years. I currently have a heating and air conditioning contract with them. They are very professional and provide top-quality service. Their repair men are very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. When it comes to cost, they beat the other companies hands down. I would recommend Northpoint heating and air to anyone who wants a really GREAT company.

Over the last six years we have used North Point Heating and Air to solve various issues with our aging systems. In every instance, the work was done as discussed, with quality and professionalism. We made the decision to replace our units and again used North Point to help us with the project. We were given solid quotes across three systems for both units and a call to help us understand the advantages of each of the systems. After making a decision, an installation date and time was established. Three days prior to the installation date, North Point called to confirm the date and time. Today, Steve and Tony arrived early to the schedule. They explained exactly what they were going to do and answered our questions. The work was done just as was described in the quote and by the installation team. When they encountered an issue with the space available, they worked together to solve the issue. Throughout the installation, they were polite and professional. We were impressed to the point that I would recommend North Point for any work that you may need in the future, be it repair or replacement.

We have used another company for many years and as they grew they become less responsive to our needs and have not communicated. We decided to try out Northpoint Heat & Air and have had the BEST experience since starting this relationship. The service tech from the beginning is on time and takes the time to really go over the system (Armondo). Could not be more pleased! We had to replace our 18 year old and 25 year old system today and the install crew (Steve & Tony) was on time and actually early to get the two AC units installed. They completed the job on time and did a great job with the install. Everything was neat, tight and installed with a positive experience. Great small company to work with from the owner to the OP's manager and the Techs. Greatly recommend North Point Heating & Air.

We recently had to replace our two air conditioner units on the fly and weren't really ready to start from scratch in planning a way to find the best company. North Point Heating & Air came highly recommended by a friend and they absolutely were God sends. Not only did they come out the same day for a inspection and quote, but with the baby coming in a few days, they scheduled a rapid installation and even worked with us on a payment plan. The team arrived Monday morning at 7am on the dot, and were very nice, clean, and professional. Awesome dudes, hard working and very knowledgeable. They got all the work done by 4:30 the same day, tested every unit and cleaned up everything. The owner Jeff even came by afterwards to make sure that everything was perfect and I was pleased with the work. Would highly recommend and will be using them for everything HVAC on this house and any futures homes. 10/10 on every level! Well done and thank you!

I called North Point HVAC when two of my AC's were malfunctioning. Although I was not a former customer, I was able to get an appointment quickly. Two associates from the company arrived within a week and promptly diagnosed the problems: a gas leak in one system and a failure of the coil in the other. The gas leak was addressed the same day. A new coil was needed for the other. North Point acquired the new coil, including helping me secure the benefits of an existing warranty, which saved hundreds of dollars. Their work was clean and efficient, and the personnel were pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company.
